I would highly recommend this company because of their honesty, integrity, and dedicated hard work. When I needed a new AC unit I reached out to get a couple different quotes, the owner, Chris, was able to give me an affordable deal and had no conflicts scheduling even though this is his busiest time of the year. When Chris and his team came our to replace my unit they remained dedicated to finishing the job even though the circumstances were not favorable. If you are looking for a honest company to do business with, I would recommend Complete Heating and Cooling!!

I highly recommend Chris. Got home last night to lights out and AC not working. Amazingly, was able to get an electrician here first thing this morning. He diagnosed two problems, one with the AC. He recommended Chris, and he was here within a couple of hours! Chris was nice and conducted a thorough exam of the AC. Luckily, I just needed a new thermostat, which he installed. Chris was clear and communicative; he explained what he was doing and pointed out other things that I need to watch. I am thrilled to have everything fixed within hours on my first day of repairs, for a reasonable price. I will definitely call Chris again -- although I hope I don't have to for awhile!

We’ve used Complete AC over the past few years for several projects including air duct design and installation, AC maintenance and relocation, and the purchase and install of 2 new AC units. Chris is very knowledgeable and has never let us down with the solutions he recommends. Mike has completed several projects at our house and is professional, on time, and a pleasure to work with. They are both responsive, great at communicating, and deliver quality work. Their solutions have resolved air flow issues and the new units that we purchased have been the right size to support our home. I have recommended them to friends in the past and will continue to do so.

There isn’t much more to say other than I am completely satisfied. The repair took two days and yet I never felt stressed. I was in constant contact with the office, installers, as well as the owner, communication was easy and prompt. They worked relentlessly to correct all the issues and did the job right. They are the first name I think of when I am asked if I know an A/C guy or company…. Hands down. Worth 10 stars!

Sylvester did a wonderful job. He came out on a Sunday on Memorial Day weekend. We are very thankful that he was able to get our AC system back up. Thank you Sylvester.

Mike & Sylvester arrived on time. The service request was to check our mini split "Daiken" system that Complete Air installed in June of 2020. Recently, we noticed that it was not as cool as it should be. Mike explained how the filters should be cleaned every (3) months. He also checked the coolant level and found it a little low. He tightened the connections and added more coolant. He cleaned the filters (and showed me how to do it.
It is now running like new!

Our air went out, I called at 9 am and was scheduled for same day service. They kept me informed along the way when the tech would be out. Mike was very courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part and had the problem solved the same day. We are very happy and would highly recommend this company. The owner is awesome and responds quickly. Honest and trustworthy company!

Very quick response. Sylvester took the time and explained our issue. Gave us options and explained cost . Decided best option was to go with new unit. Very thorough and organized. Excellent communication.
