From new units installation some years ago to the recurring annual maintenance Complete has been competent and friendly. The owner, Chris, has always been straightforward and the service person, Mike, is thorough and friendly.

I would highly recommend this company! They did a full system replacement and everything was taken care it seamlessly. They showed up when they said they would, stayed on schedule, no hidden charges, and kept the house clean throughout the job. A trustworthy company with great crews and great attitudes, definitely give them a call for your AC needs.

I called this company on a suggestion and was very pleased with the service. Zack was knowledgeable and thorough. He explained the function of the capacitor and changed it out for me and also adjusted the gas in the unit. My AC is working better than before. I highly recommend this company.

I have dealt with this company since they installed a new A/C over 3 years ago and will never go with anyone else for A/C maintenance, repairs or another unit when the time finally comes to replace. Prices are very fair. They are very reliable with professional, knowledgeable, honest and caring people.

Great company to work with. Air conditioner went out Wednesday, called them Thursday afternoon. They were at the house in 15 minutes. Had to come back Friday morning with a new part, didn’t end up using the part because Zach figured out the problem. Hopefully this was the end solution. Mike was great, arrived on time explained what was wrong and quoted us a price then went and picked up the part needed; drove back up here and then installed it. Waited to check to see that all was working, then cleaned up and left. Love this company. Would recommend without a doubt.

I have used Complete Heating and Cooling for 6 years and wouldn't think of calling anyone else. They are awesome and their employees are so kind and knowledgeable. I have never felt like I was being taken advantage of deceived. I would highly recommend this company and feel good about it.

Mike was very professional, courteous and down to earth. He answered all of our questions honestly. We even signed up for the Peace of Mind service contract which means we will have them come out every 6 months to complete maintenance on our A/C.
