Mike came out was very efficient and was able to locate what was occurring with our newer AC unit and was able to implement a plan to address the issues. Got the air cooling again and were able to get our ac unit recharged. Highly recommend this company and will continue to use them going forward for maintenance

Excellent company. When our AC went out we called and received service quickly. Chris was honest with us about the options to repair the unit despite it being old. He had our AC back on within a few hours. Very professional. Quick and honest service. We used to use Acree but they were dishonest and charged higher prices than were reasonable. We will use this company from now on. Highly recommend.

Returned from a trip last night to no AC. Sent an email last night and service was scheduled for early afternoon today. Mike diagnosed the problem quickly, picked up the part and my cool air is back. I’ve been working with Chris and his company for twelve years and my sister used him before that. I have referred him to many of my neighbors. I believe Complete Heating and Cooling is the best around. No doubt.

I cannot check any of the above as they did no work the technician Sylvester only looked refuse to touch any of my AC issues called my landlord and said we needed a whole replacement but never touched anything and said he would not touch because once he does he is liable. I thought in order to detect problems you need to open and inspect the unit and air handler Etc so you can then discover any problems or issues and fix.
But if you don't touch or open anything you just look at it and make that determination goes against everything stated on the company website in their testimonial. I chose this company because of their testimonial.. The unit works gets cold but occasionally freezes up. So probably needs coils cleaned and or a shot of freon to keep me going. But we'll never know as stated above ,the technician did not inspect anything. I feel it's very unfair and unprofessional to charge me for a service call for which no Services were performed. When your technician doesn't uses hands and just looks at the unit how can I be charged. He sat in my driveway before and after call longer than it took him to look at my unit and air handler and say I'm not touching that or I am liable. That to me is very unprofessional. I feel like they were only here to make a buck and nothing else. If this review makes it to Google I hope someone reads it and I hope they take heed and warning before choosing this company. Each time I tried before calling this company out.

Chris is very nice and professional. We have done business with each other for quite some time now, and we're always impressed. He is great to deal with if you're looking to get some residential HVAC work done. Would definitely recommend!

I left voicemail on Thursday night after hours and Mike was here by 2 pm Friday. He quickly identified and fixed the problem and showed me how to take better care of the AC system. Also friendly and trustworthy! Complete Air is the best!!

Sylvester is professional, knowledgeable and polite. Arrived within 30 minutes of my call and fixed the problem. Got my a/c up and running.
