Very professional. The system was installed 9/20/2020. A part went out and was covered under warranty. Decided to sign up for the maintenance agreement. The guys and the office were awesome to deal with. We will continue to use Lakeland AC for all of our HVAC needs. Thanks for doing an awesome job everyone.

I've used this company several times when I had to repair my old A.C unit, they are very professional, puntual, great customer service and offered the best price. This is why I decided to install my new unit with them. Robert Ortiz did an amazing job! He answered all of my questions, very professional, left the area cleaned, and follow up after the installation to make sure I did not have any problems. Price was fair. I would definitely recommend this company. 100% satisfaction!

I always call Lakeland Air Conditioning. They are family owned and always very friendly and polite. They installed my new system several years ago and we have had just a few minor things that have needed repair over the last few years. They are always prompt, professional and know what they are doing. Highly recommended!

Lakeland air conditioning company listen to my frustration with my 1 year Daikin split a/c. 2 companies gave up and The guy that I spoke to told me that they don’t easily give up. The guy that came looks so young that I was sceptical that he can do the job. He did and he is very respectful too. He explained as much as he can and even showed my son what to check next time that it stopped running. It was a little bit expensive since they came out on a weekend but it was worth it if you feel that they are not taking advantage of a female owner. Thank you!

Tech responded in a timely manner to our call about a leak. Promptly arrived, assessed the situation and took corrective actions to repair. Excellent customer service from this reputable company. We have used their services several times in past months.

Loved the fact that they actually answered the phone and it wasn’t a answering service! They went above and beyond. Starting with the lady that answered the call, she was great and very accommodating. Nick, the tech that came out was very knowledgeable and personable. We are cool now😊 The Lakeland A/C Co. I called after I had issues with the AC turning off and my troubleshooting was not enough. They had someone out that afternoon. They called ahead of time, texted and kept in communication. Joey was professional, explained everything and gave advice on how to help prevent in the future. Communication was great and work was quality. They'll be in my contacts going forward.

Awesome company they didn't put the all mighty dollar ahead of their customer. Had to have a call back nick was our service tech. Let me start by saying he was amazing. Great personality professional I have been lucky enough to have had 2 great experiences from this company if you want someone who cares these are the guys you should call.
