First time using them and I'm super impressed with how they came on time and worked speedy on getting our ac back to working. Very respectful young man and very knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again when we upgrade our new system. Thank you

I continue to use this company everyone always does their best to fix what ever air-conditioning problem I have and so far they always get it fixed now if only you fixed garage door openers

Our Outside unit wasn't blowing in cold air and J, the Technician that came out fixed it super fast! Gave us fantastic advice about filters and such. Thank you! Very polite, friendly and patient with us when our dogs ran out of the house to greet him while barking. It's safe to say our four dogs are enjoying the cool air now!!

My A/C fan quit working late on Saturday and the company that I have a service contract with was no longer open. I scoured Google and found this company with high reviews. He showed up around 7:00 and temporarily fixed the issue and let me know what I needed to replace. He knew I had a service contract with another company and never pressured me to use him. On Monday he phoned to make sure everything was still working and let me know what he found out about my warranty and if the equipment was in stock. Again, he never pressured me to use him. I am very impressed with the way they conduct business and will definitely consider switching to him when my contract expires.

I reccomend the Lakeland Air Conditioning company very highly. I purchased my new a/c system a year ago this month. (May 2021) Tony the owner, and crew did a great job.
Today I had a very minor issue that was causing a noise when the air was running. Peter came out and I couldn't ask for a more polite young man. Ask for him if you need service. What a super guy!
Also I should mention Sheri at the office. No matter how many times I've called, she gets back to me quickly. Very nice lady!

We called for an AC repair at 3:30 PM and the technician was at our door at 5:00PM. Peter was courteous, informative and went straight to work. The repairs were completed at a reasonable cost. Great service!! Would definitely recommend.

Jae was amazing. He went to work quickly, he already knew what the issue was basically, he made the repair and was in and out in under 30 minutes. He waited and made sure it worked, scheduled our routine maintenance and had a nice chat with us. He was a true blessing, and a sweetheart. I hope all good things come his way! Our home is warm again!! Glad we found this company!

AC went down this morning, our usual company couldn’t make it out for another day or two and our house was heating up quickly. Tried calling The Lakeland Air Conditioning Company on a whim to see if we could get anyone out today and glad I did. Was quoted a time between 1 and 3 but possibly closer to 4. Tony arrived a few minutes before 3:00 and in less than an hour found the fix and had us going again. So grateful that we didn’t have to suffer the heat for more than a few hours. Repair and service call were reasonable compared to most and Tony was friendly and professional. We’ve had other companies I won’t name here come out over and over and tinker and charge alot of money only for the problem to keep reoccurring. We are now considering a contract for future repairs and maintenance with Lakeland AC. Thank you for saving us from the Florida heat and quickly! If you have an AC issue give them a call.

They were our 3rd AC company we called to fix a malfunctioning unit. Not only did the tech take the time to figure out the root cause of the issue but they also solved it quickly and professionally. Honestly, this is the first time our air conditioning has worked properly since we moved in.
