Jae was very professional, confident and reassuring. I could tell that he was very knowledgeable about AC work and he showed me the issue (pic and video). He explained the issue in a way that I understood and set a follow up appointment to make sure everything works as it should. He was honest and thorough in his work!! Great job!

When my A/C unit stopped working in July, they sent a technician out, even though it was after their normal operating hours. He responded promptly, identified the issue as soon as he arrived, and had my A/C up and running within 15 minutes. Super pleased with the quality and speed of their service.

The service is excellent. The staff name Cheri is my favorite person. She is so friendly and responsive. The technician Clay doing a fabulous job. I highly recommend this business.

I reached out to 4 different companies before finding The Lakeland Air Conditioning Company and I am so happy that I did. The owner Tony came and gave me an estimate on installing a new AC Unit, he was honest and up front with me, when I asked questions on if something was necessary for a new unit he gave me the truth , said some things aren't necessary with the install, he could have very easily lied and said it's all necessary. The prices are very fair. The employees are amazing and helpful. I can't say Thank you enough for treating me fairly, not trying to gouge on pricing and for all the kindness. Again Thank you and your employees for being so wonderful ❤

Amazing! They arrived promptly. Very friendly and professional. Explained everything. Ordered the new system around 12. By 6pm it was already here and installed. I couldnt have asked for better service. Didn't catch the guys' names but thank you so much for everything. Definitely recommend and will be reaching out in the future.

The folks at Lakeland AC were great. Tony worked with us explaining everything that we needed to know, and gave us payment options. They replaced our HVAC in one day. Byron and Brian worked diligently in the crushing heat of Florida midsummer. And Jae came out in less than two hours to reset the "smart" thermostat after I screwed it up. All knowledgeable and personable. Thank you all so much.

Thought the work was well done but a week later with 88 degree Temps my AC unit quit producing

Jay arrived he was dressed in company. He was professional and personable. He had expert knowledge. We discussed getting a quote for what I would need if I was to upgrade to a new unit. I have not received that from the sales team. I would recommend Lakeland air to all of my friends

Recharge was very professional. I thought $200.00 for a capacitor was a bit pricy. However I understand why because of the knowledge the tech has. Ac is working great now. Thanks very much for getting it done in a very timely manner after getting here. I'll be using your company in the future.

I had no AC from 10 pm the prior evening, which in Florida… The first company I called told me they would have somebody out in a day or so… This company sent somebody out as early as possible. Nick arrive promptly and was honestly the most knowledgeable and pleasant technician I have ever experienced! When we learned that he had to come back in a few hours after the system defrosted, he came back personally promptly and handled the situation with utmost professionalism and humor. Honestly, his attitude was a godsend, because I have had a horrendous month and his levity kept me calm and focused. I recommend him as a 15 out of 10! Don’t EVER let Nick go!!!
