There was a small scheduling hiccup originally due to a small situation out of everyone's control. Tony absolutely did right by us and rectified the situation immediately. The technicians were prompt, professional, and extremely polite.

I'll continue using The Lakeland AC Company going forward and recommending it to my friends and family.

We have used Lakeland AC for all our rental business as well as our personal home. They have always been able to schedule timely appointments, so our customers are not without AC or HEAT!

I called them today and they got someone out on the same day and ordered part and hope to get it done the next day or Saturday. Peter was very helpful with letting me know what was wrong and sent in parts order right away.
They came out the next day and they installed the part got it up and running thank you for the service it was great.

I appreciated how transparent and communicative Joey was regarding the issues with my AC. They were so quick to be able to get me a new system in and worked all day even through the rain. I greatly appreciate the work that was done, the communication from the company and the quickness.
