The Lakeland Air Conditioning Company

This company did an excellent job. Tony made sure that we were satisfied and all I'll concerns. Not needed but he made an excellent make it right. This company really cares about the services they provide and stand firm to ensure satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this company and surely use them again. However after installation their inspector came out and stated that they would need to downgrade the circuit breaker so they may get a permit. I was not asked to install down graded system.and it was causing problems with my current electrical system. They came out and picked their unit up. They did not returnmy units they took out. When I contacted Tony about my original units, he stated that they took them to a scrap yard. I then told him that there was nothing wrong with the air handler. The conversation ended and now I have no unit. I got a phone call from Lakeland air conditioning company ad they stated that they owed me $500.00 and was sending it out. I am thinking that maybe this is an attempt to cover the not returning my units. After not receiving the check i called to inquire about it and i was told that the check is for the company the new ac came from and that i would need to contact them about my missing hvac system.

The man was very nice did a good job and the price was great. He even did a little extra for me which ment a lot!

Definitely ripped me off, they said they cleaned my evap coil and condenser coil (they cleaned nothing), said I had a leak. Wanted $2000+ to fix everything. An alternative service came after found no leak, nothing cleaned. Cleaned it, Charged me up, and put on proper schrader valve caps, since the gasket was gone on my caps. 100% garbage service

Initially failed to respond, but once we were able to have a tech get back with us, then they were able to get the installation completed in a timely matter.

Emailed the company in the evening and they responded immediately the next morning. I was put on their schedule right away. My AC drainage line was clogged and it took less than an hour to fix the issue. Very happy with Lakeland AC and I will definitely call them again for any further issues. The guys were polite and knowledgeable as was the young lady on the phone. Great company!! I highly recommend them.

Extremely satisfied with the job these guys did on our new A/C system install! There was a big install crew of about 5-6 guys and all were very professional and very knowledgeable of the services provided. The work done was professional and they asked me questions along the way to ensure I was getting exactly what I needed and also that the system was installed how I preferred rather than them just doing as they want so we were very pleased with that. They were also more affordable out of several quotes we received from other companies and we even got a more efficient system than the previous company for a more affordable price. Overall very impressed with their work and such a great install team that worked on the units. Also have to mention the very nice person that first provided the quote, she was very professional and very knowledgeable. Thanks Lakeland Air Conditioning!!
