Jordan Henry was the technician for Phoenix Air that most recently serviced my account. I have used Phoenix Air to install two different ACs in two different locations. Both were very good experiences. There was a situation in which my HOA had some requirements that was a pain in the neck. Many technicians would complain about that, but not Jordan! Jordan fulfilled the requirements of the HOA without one single complaint. I wish that more contactors had service people like Jordan.

GREAT SERVICE, PROMPT RESPONSE TIME, PROFESSIONAL, VERY FRIENDLY TECHNICIAN (SPENCER PARSON) was here within an hour & a half after I called them on a Sunday morning (of all times for my AC to stop blowing cool air & need serviced). Most places charge a weekend or holiday rate service charge which is much higher than Pheonix charged, so they were fairly priced. He did do the sales pitch for the maintenance plans & thou he did a great job to explain the benefits they offered, he didn’t put pressure on me to purchase it which I appreciated because the last thing I wanted after spending the night without AC & my home hotter inside than the outside 90 degree weather was high pressured sales on top of that too. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER & ESPECIALLY IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A QUICK, RESPONSIBLY PRICED COMPANY TO GET YOUR AC WORKING!!

I’ve have been using the services of Phoenix Air for 15 years at my home and all my rentals and they have never let me down. Their pricing is very reasonable and service is perfect. I think what sets them apart from their competitors is that they communicate well with their customers. I always receive several phone calls before arriving at the service location and after the job is complete. They always let me know if they are running late to advise me . AC shut off, so I called Phoenix Air and they came out as soon as possible! Spencer, the technician that was sent to us, was very professional and helpful throughout our experience. He called when he was on his way and was very detailed with what the issue was and what needed to be done. I highly recommend Phoenix air for any AC work!

Phoenix AC was absolutely excellent from the initial phone call to the sales estimate to the installation of the new system. Everyone is so pleasant/friendly and no high pressure. Cory, Tiffany, Kristin and the install team couldn't have been any more informative and accommodating. The installation was done in an extremely timely manner. Huge kudos to all. I had my air conditioner tune up done this morning with Jordan. I am very happy with the service that he did on my air conditioner and also with his exceptional professionalism. I have had the best experience with Phoenix. The first day I got my new house the AC broke! They came out right away and fixed it. Today the AC was acting up and I was able to get service quickly with Spencer! All the technicians are very professional, on time and knowledgable. I highly recommend this company.

Cory was the technician. He was very knowledgeable of my AC system and had my AC up and running in no time. He explained the problem with my unit and had the parts to repair it with him. Also as I am disabled he arrived 2 hours ahead of schedule. Thank you Phoenix Air.
