If I could give this business 10 stars , I would. We had a new system installed, including redoing all the duct work and removing the old system from the roof. They handled all of the aspects of this and coordinated with the electrician and roofer we needed, for a seamless install. Their office staff is second to none as well. Extremely professional and honest. They are true to their word from the largest aspects of a project to the smallest detail. Hands down the most trust worthy and dependable hard working team, we have ever used. A special thank you to David, Corey and Spencer.

Jordan Henry diagnosed the issues with our AC unit in the home we are renting. He was friendly, communicative, and also very patient with our landlord, and explained the issue and pricing multiple times as needed to help the landlord understand. He also gave us advice and help for the “contaminant” stating to grow inside the indoor component of the system. We’re looking forward to having the job finished in a few days and will keep this company in mind for when we have a place of our own!

I called Phoenix Air Conditioning based on all the great reviews on Google and I am so glad I did. I spoke to Ali to schedule service. She was very nice and helpful, unlike the rude receptionist at another company. Cory came to my home and was fantastic. He listened to all the issues I was having, checked everything carefully, showed me a potentially hazardous issue and then did a great job getting everything repaired. He was friendly, professional, and knows what he is doing. The pricing for service is very reasonable. I will be having some additional services done in the near future and will definitely request Cory. Thanks to Cory and Ali, who were great representatives for their company, I plan on doing business with Phoenix AC for all my future air conditioning needs.

My air went out on a Sunday and Phoenix answered right away. There where here with in an hour and fixed the issue no problem. Spencer our Service was very profesional and courteous. He was a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely recommend Phoenix. Thanks again

Our tech Spencer was very efficient. He was able to diagnose the issue with our AC unit rather quickly. He told us the true status of our AC and warned us about its condition when our HVAC company hasnt been the most upfront with us previously.

He was also very timely and professional, so no complaints from me!

I can't say enough great things about Phoenix air conditioning LLC they made the entire process easy. Spencer Parson was my service technician he was on time courteous respectful took great pride in his work which is very rare today. Service call was for a thermostat ended up being a bigger job than just the AC thermostat . I guess Spencer has seen reactions on customers face when he says well that's not just a thermostat it's a little bit bigger problem 😔 don't worry we'll take care of it. To me it was not about just a price and the brand it was also the company the actual work. Our HVAC “emergency” was treated as if it was their own home. Our technician, Cory C., not only went above and beyond today to repair our unit but took pictures of it and educated us as to why our air wasn’t functioning properly. Cory has been our HVAC technician for the last 4 years & has never let us down. I can not recommend Phoenix Air enough. If you need HVAC help, go to the pros.
