I have used Phoenix Air for at least 20 years. The office staff is ALWAYS accommodating and friendly. ALL, I mean all, the technicians are knowledgeable and always on time!! If you have an emergency, they are the folks to call.

I have used Phoenix in the past and have always been very satisfied. When our air conditioning stopped cooling properly I called Phoenix to see how quickly they could come out. They had a technician come out the next morning which was great! Jordan was very professional, didn't rush, diagnosed the problem, and gave me a thorough explanation of what had happened, and what needed to be done. I was very impressed. Great professional service at a reasonable price. I will continue using Phoenix in the future and will request Jordan for the service technician.

I loved their services and all their employees, honest people that you can trust, all the employees on the service desk answers immediately, very polite, I loved Myriam very much she is very nice person, explained patiently all my questions, love the AC that they installed very clean during the installation, after the left I was so happy how they answered all questions and concerns I recommend them to anyone one want to do business with them

Great service! Another well known company wouldn't even touch my A/C and recommended Phoenix. I called Phoenix on a Sunday and got an appointment same day. Spencer came promptly and was very knowledgeable and explained my options and answered my many questions. I ended up getting a new, quality A/C unit for a reasonable price. They were able to honor the day I wanted the install done and even installed an emergency rescue motor on my old unit for no cost so that I could have air until my new unit was installed. Highly recommend and will be my new air company!

My service advisor was/is Jordan Henry. I personally request for this gentleman due to his prior work and professionalism. His service calls are exceptional, thorough and very professionally addressed. I never have to worry about anything being missed or thought of, he is a very "dedicated to his profession" gentleman. From calling in the service call to completion of work, everyone is very attentive and make sure that all of my concerns are addressed. When I call in for regular routine service (most times they reach out to me before I get to) They look into what was last done or recommended so that nothing is missed, not every A/C company does this, this is very much appreciated. I strongly recommend them to friends, as I have done to all of my family. Very happy I ran into this company when I needed to replace my entire A/C system a few years ago.

I just had my air conditioner serviced by Anthony. He did a wonderful job and explained every step he took to keep my air conditioner working in top condition. He was polite and answered all my questions. He did not leave until I was fully satisfied. I find Phoenix Air Conditioning, LLC to be a company that is honest and relievable.

I’m very pleased with Phoenix Air for several reasons. They do a thorough inspection along with cleaning and pictures and really know about air conditioning as opposed to others who do a superficial inspection and are out the door in 15 minutes, they are easy to communicate with and have kind professional people working for them and I am always recommending them to everyone.
