Very please with the service provided by Phoenix Air. Mirerim was very professional and helpful when scheduling our appointment for maintenance on our system. Jordan Henry was our technician and was very professional as well. Jordan suggested a surge protector installed it on our system while doing the yearly maintenance. We are very satisfied in choosing Phoenix Air and highly recommended them to anyone who needs a maintenance contract; service, or new air conditioner. Thank you Phoenix Air for keeping us Cool! I cannot say enough good things about this Company. When I started using them 3 years ago , it was the best choice I ever made in using a contractor. The service you get is like "old, school' where the service tech is thorough, on time, addresses any problem and fixes it, they absolutely DO NOT take advantage of the customer monetarily like many A/C companies do. The tech we had came out on a SUNDAY evening ( Cory) was the best of the best. He had been here once before, remembered us, knew exactly what was going on ( clogged drain lines although I thought it was something else) and showed me everything. What a professional , and Phoenix should be thrilled that this guy is on there payroll. NOTE TO PHOENIX......This tech Cory is a real asset to your company. I wish I could request him anytime in future service calls. Please make sure this tech gets " recognized" for his OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONALISM!!

Phoenix has always been responsive and on time when we’ve needed them.
Jordan came out and did a thorough inspection and provided all our options and quotes.
He was able to get us scheduled for installation of a new AC system within 1 day.
Spencer and Roshad were on time for the installation and worked quickly to install all the new items, explained everything to me, and cleaned everything before they left.
Great service all around.

Absolutely the best AC company in the Palm Beaches! I have had a maintenance agreement for the entire time of my AC which they installed over 10 years ago. Jordan has been my technician for probably 5 of those 10 years. He is a sweetheart. Always on time if not early, friendly, and knowledgeable. After my checkup he always go over what he did and any suggestions. After my last checkup he suggested that I needed a power surge protector…I didn’t listen and I should have! Unfortunately, a few weeks later my motor was blown out and I needed a new AC. I lost air on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and of course I was hosting our family dinner. They came promptly on Tuesday, diagnosed the issue…bright and early Wednesday morning my new unit was installed and functioning beautifully. The whole experience was great and I would recommend Phoenix to my friends and family. 🥰🥰🥰

My AC broke today and I called Phoenix Air since they sold me the unit. It is 5 years old and I no longer had a maintenance agreement. It was 3:30 and I never expected to have a service call today. Travis was on his way by 4:30. I was so pleased with the response not only by Phoenix but also by this pleasant young man. He was professional, knowledgable, and personable. He was out of the house by 5:30 and my AC is working fine. I especially appreciated that he did not try to take advantage of the situation and try to upgrade the call to include things I didn't need. Thank you, Travis.

Jordan was able to pinpoint the problem right away. He did a nice job and made some more recommendations.

Phoenix air answered our call right away on a Saturday. Spencer our service tech was very nice to deal with. He found the issue then gave us options on our repair and made us feel informed and safe. It is nice to deal with a company and people with integrity and you can tell that’s what you get with Phoenix and Spencer. Thanks again!!

We've been using Phoenix air for many years and although we've had several problems over the holiday vacation time our technicians Jason and Corey fixed everything that needed to be tended to and are very satisfied at the moment
