Jordan was absolutely amazing. He was extremely professional and polite. He explained to me in detail what he was performing on the unit and how he was fixing it. Earlier on in the day before he had to come out to service the unit he even FaceTimed to me so that he could see what I was actually looking at to better assist me.

My AC was not cooling I called after hours and was called back within 15 min. 2 hours later Spencer showed up and was friendly, courteous and professional. Within 10 min he knew the problem and fixed it. I highly recommend Phoenix Air. They saved the day!

I have had service from Phoenix AC twice now. I believe their service fee to come out is more reasonable than anyone else I called, $65 was not bad and it was applied to the work I had done. Spencer, the technician was a great guy. He went through all the options and for now, helped get the AC running, even though we are definitely going to need some major work done. The price was reasonable, he was here within 15 minutes and he had a two hour window and his work was done well. He took video of our air handler, showed me where our AC pan is and drain, told me how to continue cleaning it so I can try to keep this old AC working. New AC’s are a big investment and many of us just aren’t ready for that. They also finance , so that would come in handy for anyone with good credit. I will continue using Phoenix and happy to leave this review for them and Spencer.

When my AC started leaking I called phoenix AC to come and evaluate. The receptionist was kind and was able to send someone over right away. My AC techs name was Spencer, who was professional, knowledgable, and great to work with. Unfortunately I needed a new AC system, which no one likes to hear, but Spencer answered all my questions and helped me through the process of picking a system. When my AC was leaking still before installation they sent someone out very promptly to help fix the problem until my new unit was installed. Spencer and his crew came out and did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the company and would recommend Spencer and his crew to anyone who needs a new AC unit installed.

Spencer was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything that he was doing in the AC unit and how it worked. He was very thorough and checked every part of the inside and outside units. I was tremendously impressed with his expertise and workmanship and would highly recommend this company for your AC needs. I will be contacting him again for my next AC tuneup in 6 months. Thank you, Spencer!

Today Spencer came to service my 2 AC units, I purchased a maintenance contract for both my units. First thing I said to him is I love this company as every-time someone came to the house to fix my unit/s they always cleaned up after themselves :). I have also had Cody out here a few times to repair the back unit, both during business hours and after hours and they both are great techs. I no longer have to worry about anything except making a phone call. Thank you all for peace of mind and great friendly service!!!!

I have a service contract with Phoenix Air, which I'll now be cancelling. I found a puddle of water under one of my A/C units, so I called them. Yes, the guy cleared the blockage & changed the air filter, but that was it. The service contract essentially covered that and "basic testing". So his tests revealed I had a leak somewhere - he said that would cost $500+ to find out where it was, and then $$ to fix it. Then he tried to convince me that instead of "wasting" money to repair, I should just buy a new system.. at a cost of $18,000!! (that's NOT a typo - thats for 1 unit, not 2 or 3!) I escorted him out and called another company, who came same day, found & fixed the leak, gave the unit a freon charge, blew out the lines, cleaned the coils, and told me the A/C I have is FINE. Lesson learned - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They will discourage you from making repairs & tell you that you need a new unit & when you do not!

My A/C went down... needed a new unit... call them... they are so nice and professional... wasted no time...when unit came in...they were fast and amazing... boom new a/c unit works great...and all the techs...are knowledgeable and all of them are so nice... best place for amazing service...

Over several years we have used Phoenix AC services and without exception their work has exceeded our expectations. New AC units were installed in two condominiums. Maintenance was performed over the years in these units. The professional conduct, especially of Spencer, always impresses us. He is knowledgeable, courteous, patient in explaining the work being done, and very efficient. Highly recommend this company to you, and Phoenix Air should clone Spencer, he’s that good.
