I have been using Phoenix Air for over a year now and I am extremely happy with their service. The technicians are very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company.

Phoenix Air Conditioning has been to our house a couple of times, once for a repair and another for maintenance. We were happy to see the same serviceman both times. Spencer was polite, professional and punctual. The appointment had a 4 hour window but we got a call from the company when Spencer was ~45 minutes away which we greatly appreciated. Spencer made suggestions for improvements but was not a push salesman. He provided good information and very good service. We look forward to continued good service.

Anthony was very neat and made sure we understood the functions of the new thermostat. I highly recommend Phoenix Air for all a/c and heating issues.

I called earlier in the morning and they showed up the same day. Jordan was knowledgeable and fixed my A/C pretty quickly, he knew exactly what was wrong and got to work. I especially like how adaptive and understanding this company is.

Spencer and Will arrived promptly at 9 am for my 6 month maintenance check and as always were very courteous and professional. They thoroughly checked my air conditioning and gave me some recommendations to extend the life and capability of the system. I've had great experience with these guys and would highly recommend!
