Phoenix Air Conditioning is just the best! I chose Phoenix for my new A/C three years ago. Recently I had an issue and they were amazing with their customer service. Madeline and Miriam who took my calls could not have been more helpful and kind and their service technicians Jordan and especially Trey, who did the repair, were knowledgeable and extremely professional. My A/C is working great and I am so happy I chose Phoenix!

Phoenix is always profession, on time and helpful. Spencer came today and did maintenance quickly. He explained clearly what's going on and what next steps to take. I appreciate this business especially when it comes to something that's so important in our home!

We have used Phoenix AC for over 10 yrs both installing and afterward doing all our AC tune ups which has kept that original unit in top working order. They are always on time and the 2 times out of 20 they were running a bit late they called and told us and are very accommodating if you need to reschedule. Their service techs are knowledgeable, do clean work, never leaving a mess, very polite and explain any issues which arise in terms one can understand. We recommend them highly.

Came home to find the thermostat was reading 82! Called the service dept and was directed immediately to emergency line. Spencer came out the house, quickly and efficiently identified the problem and resolved it. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgable. We are thankful to be a Phoenix Air customer.

“Jordan was extremely helpful in assisting me in the repair of my A/C. It was not only that he came in as an expert to fix my unit but that he took the time to provide me with the details of the issue in a way that I could understand as someone who is not an expert. In addition to that he was extremely kind, respectful and personable in the time that he was here. After completing the repair/service he also provide me with information on additional services in a helpful non aggressive way. With employees like Jordan at Phoenix Air Conditioning I never feel the need to contact another company for A/C services as I have felt that I am part of the family due to his efforts.

PhoenixAC technician Spencer Parson came out to fix my AC. He’s very easy to talk to explain to me what happened and why. What is needed to resolve the issue. Very respectful and patient. I was late getting to my home and he wasn’t bothered by it. The ratings are from 1 to 5. He exceeds 5 I would prefer to give him a 10!! Great job!! M. Sosi.

My first experience with Phoenix Air was days after hurricane Irma affected the our area. My A/C compressor and air handler were fried, and my family was left without A/C for a day or two before calling Phoenix Air. Quite frankly, I couldn't afford the costly repairs but Phoenix Air worked with me and repaired my system even with my inability to pay for services rendered. After that neighborly act, I haven't used anyone else for A/C service or repairs. Additionally, they provide excellent service and quality work.

Our latest service technician, Corey, arrived early and completed the job in a timely manner. Great work Corey.

Phoenix a/c has been my a/c company since 2014. The technicians are always professional and knowledgeable. Today the technician was Jordan, he serviced my a/c 6 months ago. Since he did my last service call he was able to follow up on a dripping issue he worked on last time. The office staff are very accommodating and always call to let me know the technician is on the way. I'm really pleased with the work Phoenix a/c has done for me.

I want to say that Phoenix Air exceed my Expectation.I did have three estimates to replace my AC .I was very hesitant about the three of them the i met with some friends to have some drinks and we where taking about the A.C. situation and the bare tender said that her sister used this company called Phoenix try them my sister happy with their service.
sure i looked them up on google and read abut 35 reviews and all good reviews and decided to give them a try .
I calledPhoenix Air the lady answer the phone was so friendly and she will send some one today around 6 pm . and sure enough their technician Jordan called and said he will be at my home in 15 minutes and he came as he said.Jordan was extremely professional , friendly , polite and very very knowledgeable .
Jordan worked up a quote with three option( GOOD , BETTER ,BEST)he explain the difference with no pressure and after little question frome me we arrive at an agreement on price after he did call his office.

Next LEE and Frank came to install my A.C. the took their time to protect our floor wile removing the old Ac and installing the new one and they follow the CDC guide line .They both where very professionals on time and very polite. and they walk me through the installation .
and the following day TREY came to install my internet thermostat .troy was super polite and professional and knowledgeable he install the thermostat and explain every thing to us and he make sure we under stand every thing about the thermostat.

My only reason for giving 4 stars rather than 5 stars is that our tune-up was originally scheduled for two weeks ago and the technician never showed up or called. However, when I called the office to inquire, customer service was responsive, and an appointment was scheduled for the very next day (today). Jordan, our new technician, showed up within the time frame scheduled; he was very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and helpful, and readily answered my questions (Jordan deserves 5 stars!). Based on my experience so far, I would recommend Phoenix A/C to others.

The Phoenix Air technician that came out for our system tune up, Jordan Henry, did an excellent job. He went about his work and when he was done, told us everything he found during the service. He was also very clear about the recommendations he had for us. Phoenix Air is the best and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good, affordable, honest A/C company!
