Jordan was just here and was very thorough in finding the problem and explaining everything. At first he thought about using his technical jargon but then broke it down for me. lol This guys is very good, personable and professional.

We have been customers of Phoenix AC for about 5 years and are delighted with their service of our Lake Worth Florida home! Just today, Service Advisor, Jordan Henry, worked carefully on our AC unit. He repaired what needed to be repaired and gave us some long range suggestions for potential issues which he will monitor in 6 month time. On a personal level, when I did not understand an explanation, he pleasantly explained again until I understood. In the past, we were well treated by other Technicians such as Trey and Iris. Their office is also quite helpful in setting up appointments. One more point, Jordan worked for over 2 hours carefully examining our system which needed only routine maintenance!

We have been using Pheonix for the last 3 years on our commercial unit they are very professional and thorough. Cliff, Kevin & Dondre most recently but Jordan Jeff and Cory as well, really every tech they have sent out has done right by us. we appreciate it!

Phoenix AC company installed my new unit almost 4 years ago.
Jordan Henry is our technician for the last 3 years. I will continue using Phoenix AC company and I will always request Jordan Henry for all the services.

I used Phoenix Air multiple times. However, until Anthony Madeira came to my home, the problem was not resolved.
Anthony was very professional, polite and was able to pinpoint the problem.
He expedited the solution. He was on time, knowledgable, and proficient in fixing the issue.
I would highly recommend Anthony to anyone using Phoenix Air.

With some AC trouble I contacted a different company and was immediately suspicious. I then contacted Phoenix, and the difference presented by Jordan, the technician, was immediate. He was professional, point blank honest regarding the oversell from the previous company regarding unnecessary work, and beyond competent in the work that I then authorized. I have since had Jordan out for service and preventative maintenance, and his continued expertise has been appreciated.

Jordan Henry is extremely knowledgeable and capable when it comes to air conditioning. He really knows how to diagnose and repair central AC. Thank you, Jordan, for being so great at what you do, and for being such a nice person.

Jordan Henry did a fantastic job. He diagnosed the problem that other companies could not give us a straight answer on. Due to this we made the decision to purchase a new unit. Jordan made sure things went smoothly.
