My AC unit was old and leaking water and I had lots of quotes, but Phoenix air conditioning sent Jordan and he was was very professional, gave me different opinions and had fair pricing. My install was today and the installers did a great job. They were on time friendly and I even got a call and text message when they were on their way. I am glad I choose this company and I will continue using them

Had a bad leak in my ac unit called my existing contracted ac company…with a big no show…so I called phoenix ac and they came the night I called….and took care of my issues rapidly. My tech was Jordan Henry who was very knowledgeable, kind, and showed me the problem my ac unit was causing. Jordan was great, the company responded very promptly and I signed the yearly contract with them. This company is highly recommended by me and now I can relax knowing that if I need them in the future, Jordan and Phoenix AC will show up. Jordan…you rock!,,,

I would never recommended Phoenix Air Conditioning for any repair. I was told by 2technicians that I had a coil leak. They sent another technician to do a leak test. The technician manipulated the leak tester to beep to show a leak. The labor would have cost at least $1200. I had another air conditioning company come and show me there was no leak in any coil but the fan motor was not working. They showed me how the Phoenix technician manipulated the test. None of the Phoenix technicians looked at the fan motor. They also showed me how the filter dryer was installed backwards. A bold arrow shows the direction that the filter dryer should be installed. The entire job cost $450 and has been working fine ever since. Phoenix refuses to reimburse the $204 for a leak test that was never needed. Companies get away with this fraud too often.

I call for service at a short notice Anne I explained that I just came to Florida for one week and they accommodate me which that was very nice of them.
And they send me a technician name Jordan and he was very helpful and explain every thing he did to my unit and Jordan very professional with his work and the way he explain to me that if I add a serge protector to my unit will protect much better especially from lighting and did add the serge protector..
If any one out their need service or new unit I phoniex air is the answer

We had our Semi-annual AC checkup today. Our technician was Cory Chobot. Has was very thorough, knowledgeable, and polite. I would highly recommend this business, especially Cory.

Awful service. Our technician showed up later than expected and completed a ver quick assessment of our unit. He said there’s something wrong with the unit but I cannot tell you what it is. So that was great, we’re paying for him to figure out exactly that. Then he sat in his car for 20 minutes, for what felt like a longer time than the actual assessment. He came back in, recommended that we change the entire unit for $7,000. His three options had a $100 difference. Then he left. Hours later when we were walking our dog, we noticed he had left the entire system outside open, with the aluminum casing on the ground, the screws on the side, the switch box open… We called and they wanted to send someone the next day. No refund of the yearly membership we just bought, no discussion with a manager, nothing. They promised the manager would call, still nothing. We even sent them the pictures via email. and followed up via email. If we hadn’t walked by the side of the house, the whole system would have been exposed to the elements and who knows what could have happened (rain and humidity could have rusted it, it could have broken down, animals could have damaged it, or worse). Overall, I would not recommend their service. Stay away!!!

Dre was absolutely amazing!!! So courteous and professional. He took his time to explain everything and kept us informed of everything he was doing. He is truly an asset to the company. Just a very nice young man and the work he did is perfect! Ice cold A/C!!

We have been working with Phoenix Air for years and they are a great choice for our HVAC needs. From start to finish they are professional and knowledgeable. We have repeatedly signed up for their service agreements for general maintenance on our two HVAC systems – both of which were purchased through Phoenix Air. Their technicians arrive promptly, diagnose the problem quickly and provided a fair and accurate estimate of the repairs needed. The technician explains all the details of the job to us clearly, gives us options, and leaves the final decision to us.

Recently we had Phoenix Air technicians in our office to perform routine maintenance on both our units. They were thorough and friendly, answered all our questions and provided a complete service report before they left including photos. They took their time to make sure the units were operating safely and properly and detected a problem with one unit before our A/C was compromised.

We would definitely recommend Phoenix Air Conditioning Service to anyone needing air conditioning repairs or maintenance. They're a great choice for quality, professionalism, and competitive rates. Highly recommend.

10/03/2022 They are still working with me and being courteous. I believe it’s a faulty equipment issue and not an installation issue.

4/22/2022 Lennox unit installed Poorly.
- Not Grounded Properly .
- Massive Air Comprises in and around Curb Adapter Seal.

I paid 8200$ to cool the outside since all the air is leaking outside. 1500 square feet 3 ton unit with my electric bill 390$ a month. Higher than my old unit. I also paid for duct cleaning but they never cleaned anything and broke my AC vents. When they come out they try to sell me vent cleaning after they supposedly did it. I got royally screwed by this company.
