Horrible service. Don't use this company. They are unprofessional, give wrong diagnostics, and try to change parts that are working fine just to charge you more money. Read reviews. You will see the same comments from everyone. No customer service. Rude and unprofessional. Their employees are not techs, they are part changers. They call one main guy and over the phone and he tells them what to do. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! And when you call the office, they are very rude, and give you the run around. If you read reviews before choosing a company, then find somebody else. You'll be glad you did.

I was having a water leak with my a/c unit. So i called South Cooling and was giving an appointment same day. Technician came out and resolved the issue on the spot. Great service!

It took three tries but a dedicated agent of South Cooling LLC got the job done. He was diligent and made sure each section of the task was addressed and communicated before ending his assignment.
