No honró una garantía de una pieza que se dañó un día antes de cumplir un año de instalada por ellos mismos, estando claro en el invoice que la garantía era de un año. Puso mil excusas. Tuve que contratar (y pagar) a un PROFESIONAL RESPONSABLE que resolviera el problema con piezas originales en pocas horas. No tuve alternativa porque era una emergencia (area media con pacientes). No recomendaría esta empresa a nadie. La palabra debe respetarse.
They didn't honor a warranty over a part they replaced , which got damaged one day before the one year warranty period set in the invoice. He used a thousand excuses. I had to hire a GOOD AND RESPONSIBLE PROFESSIONAL to get the job done in a few hours. I had no choice because it was a medical area with patients. I wouldn't recommend this people. The word has to be respected. .
