The customer service and dedication to excellence is unbeatable. I have had several issues with my A/C unit, and every time Ivan and his office were incredibly responsive. I was really impressed at their sincerity and work ethic. When the repair on my AC unit was going on, Ivan called me several times to update me and put all of my worries at ease and explain all the steps necessary for the repair. He is truly a dedicated professional. I am so thankful to have found him and his company, they have gotten me out of several jams where my A/C unit stopped working in the middle of Miami summer. Ivan worked swiftly to get approval from my condo association to perform work in the building, and even stayed after hours to make sure the job was finished. His integrity and professional commitment is top notch, I highly recommend him.

We purchased a wonderful AC unit from Ivan Cajina /Arcon AC
in 2010 and are very happy with his great customer service! He is professional, informative, and courteous. Over the years we had had a few issues with the unit and he has promptly come over to remedy the problem.This is a family business, which is a plus for us. This is my first time ever going online to write a review. Ivan has made a true believer of me, that you should do business with a company that has been tried and true. I nearly made one of the worst mistake ever, by using an AC company (ARS) before checking their reputation. After reading the many horrible reviews on Yelp, I immediately text Argon AC. Ivan actually told me the next morning that he was upset because ARS was over charging me and I had signed a contract. I feel blessed that I read those reviews and cancelled the contract at
2:00a.m. Arcon installed my Amana 2 stage AC which was a better unit. There is no substitute for trustworthiness, professionalism and quality experience. By the way, if you ever need a great AC company call Arcon. Ivan will not allow you to sign a contract, until he is sure that you understand the quality, perfomance and best price of your investment.

Thanks to Ivan and Arcon A/C Inc we have an amazing new unit in our home. He is always there to help or answer any questions when needed. During Covid19 when everyone is stuck inside, when times have been difficult for many especially the elderly and sick, this company was very compassionate, professional, and fairly priced. They immediately assessed the issue and fixed the problem in less than 24 hours with my 83 year old mother’s A/C unit at a very fair price. My mother now calls Ivan and Henry her angels. Thanks to you both for acting as though she was your own mom... with the respect, and care you clearly demonstrated and by making sure my mom had A/C right away!
