This business is very responsive, the technician are professional. You will receive a text message, with a reminder of you appointment and another text message when the technician are in they way. Great service overall.

ACTL installed a Daikin Fit split system in my house in October 2022. It’s been working perfectly. However, for some reason the thermostat was not configured to allow use of the heater. That’s not a big deal in South Florida, but I obviously if the unit has a heater (it does), I should be able to use it. Called ACTL on a Wednesday morning and they had two techs at my house less than 24 hours later. 15 minutes later, the thermostat had heat enabled on the system mode screen. Very pleased with the responsiveness and courtesy of the techs.

Juan Villa was our sales representative. Installed a 10ton American Standard Odyssey system as a swap out in our office. All was fine for the first week. Then we started having issues with random system shutdowns. After more than 10 call backs, (sometimes taking days to restore cooling) we finally went to another company to troubleshoot. The tech from Arctic Fox found the issue 5 hours later. It was a basic install problem, the 24vac control transformer was set for 240v and we have 208v! System is now working great.

Unfortunately, in the process, they claimed the Nest thermostat was to blame, so they took it off and replaced it with an inferior AS 724. They claimed it was the issue. It was not. We had the same problems 10+ more shutdowns after the thermostat switch. They still have not returned our thermostat. (We paid for it, there's an invoice for it, I still have the original box for on my desk)

They will not pay for the troubleshooting from the other technician, a petty $400, I did all the leg work, found the issue, and fronted the in cost for the repair for their ineffective install. In effect, I'm saving them money by not having them need to come back.

I judge a technical company by their troubleshooting abilities. They got an F for this. Not only did they miss a basic install and basic troubleshooting step (they didn't check the voltage across the 24 volt AC transformer. It was very low) Juan Villa was also playing defense the entire time. His attitude seems to be only to protect his bottom line, protect the management, shield the company, but themselves before the customer.

Iwe has this system installed August 2022 and it was finally fixed by ANOTHER AC company in November.

As of today 21 November, they have still not come back to install my thermostat nor have they reimbursed us for the repair they failed to perform in a reasonable time (3 months!!)

Stay away from ACTL Group.

The team are very professional. Juan who looks after our account is really well responsive and knowledgeable. He didn’t oversell but only suggested what we necessarily need! Great and quick service! Recommend for anyone who wants the air conditioning replacement!

This is the best company that anyone could have for any HVAC issues/maintenance. They are not only very professional with an excellent turn around but they also keep you posted about the appointment and when the technician are scheduled to arrive through their application. You can track it at anytime. As an out of state owner they keep me out of stress managing the rental property in Florida.

I received quotes from 4 different companies and even had family friends provide inspections for 2 new units. All I can say is “WOW.” ACTL provided the best rates and the service was amazing. They even went to the extent of registering the warranty on the units and smart thermostats for me. They were quick and professional, and I’m truly pleased with the level of work done.
