I am extremely happy with this company. I have been using ACTL Group for many years .They respond to their service calls promptly and efficiently. Osmany (owner) and his team are professional and courteous.

Technicians were very professional. They had to come more than once due to AC being frozen. Joannys Castellanos was excellent !! He answered all my questions and gave me good advice.

Caleb has a excellent customer service explain all the process to clean all the ducts and the coil as well.

I hired this company to provide maintenance to my a/c equipment & to show us where the filter was to be placed. The tech showed up without an appointment or a call to let us know he was coming. He went into the house, went with my husband to where the a/c unit is & pointed where the filter is supposed to be placed then left. Didn't check the unit, didn't perform any cleaning, or other maintenance. They then sent me a bill for $144. I complained to the owner & they reduced the bill to $85. The bottom line, they did not act professionally by not making an appointment, nor doing what they were hired to do.

ACTL is one of the best contractors I have encountered. There attention to detail and cleanliness and professionalism was on point. Moreover I had a concern a couple of days after the work was done and no questions asked a tech was there the next day. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Contractors like them are really hard to find. Hands down I give them a 10.
