We contacted our warranty company and they referred us to South Cooling LLC. They called immediately and provided the necessary paperwork to the HOA office and sent someone out the next day. The tech was thorough and also showed us what to look for if our air conditioner leaks in the future! I would recommend and thank you! 😊
Robert came to my home, on time, did a complete evaluation of my A/C unit and all ductwork in the attic. He diagnosed my problem was the coils in the air handler were heavily clogged/dirty, so he recommended they be acid washed. The next day a crew from South Cooling came to do the job. I had an older AC unit and was having issues on and off for a while. Recently I had South Cooling come out to the house and give me an estimate for a repair. A friend of mine recommended them to me. When I called their office to set up an appointment they were very professional and were able to accommodate me right away. The technician that showed up to my house was Gus, he did a very thorough inspection of my unit and was able to tell me immediately what the problem was. Considering that it was an older unit I decided to replace it with a new one. They quoted me a very good price. They also had financing available through Ygrene which is great, it was easy to apply. I would definitely recommend them!

We had two south cooling visits, one for a light repair (Safe-T-Switch), which was answered the same day of the report, and the second visit was for a complete maintenance of the A / C unit. Mr. Roberto (technician) was very friendly and clean, the equipment is working very well. Recommended 100%
I had a small leak coming from the AC. South Cooling was assigned by my warranty company, American Home Shield. The first tech said the drain line was clogged, which he flushed, and that the evaporator coil needed cleaning. A second appointment was later set up for the coil to be cleaned. All of the technicians were professional and courteous. I was very satisfied with their service.
Invitation homes used this company to repair my AC. They were very quick to schedule an appointment to fix my AC. The employees were very profesional and punctual. The company is big on communication with customers. I'm not sure about the prices since the company that rents my home paid for the repairs.
I highly recommend South cooling. My A/C stopped working so I called and spoke with Romaine to set up an appointment. Romaine was courteous, pleasant, very helpful and professional. The technician that came out to my home was Brad. Brad was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. IMPECCABLE ! I hope my A/C does not breakdown again. But if it does, SOUTH COOLING is the only company I want servicing my A/C again. Thank you South Cooling.
Used South Cooling as part of the American Home Shield and it was an absolute nightmare. They came out and told me my compressor fan motor was bad an needed a new one. Tech told me that it had to be approved by the warranty company but they could come and do it as soon as it’s approved. Next day it was approved and called south cooling to schedule them coming out that day to fix my ac and they told me they had to “wait” for the part from the warranty company. So I called the warranty company and spent two hours on the phone for them to tell me contractors can use any parts they have on hand and could fix it. South Cooling absolutely refused to use their own parts due to some vague policy and blamed it on American Home Shield, where I found that to be incorrect from American Home Shield. Between the rude person who answered the phone and the manager Gus, they have absolutely zero care for customers and told me I would have to wait a week for the repair. Zero respect for customers and just want to milk the warranty company because that must be the only way they stay in business since no one paying out of pocket would willingly choose this company.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS IF YOU WANT YOUR AC FIXED AND DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
If I could give this company a half star I would. First, they have come to my house at least four times since June 22nd and still have not fixed the problem! Then the technician used my water hose, didn't tell me and left it running on Wednesday and I wasn't aware until Thursday when I had a flood in my backyard. The reps that schedule the appointments are in severe needs of training in customer service! They constantly inform you that a manager will contact you and I have yet to speak with the manager since June 22nd and today is July 8th. I would not recommend this company to a dog!
