They were actually ahead of schedule but i was not complaining at all I was very thankful. They even brought me back 2 personal air conditioners until my air gets fixed. Thank you very much and i will commend you to others!

Had a leak, the serviceman Jeffrey found the source of the leak and repaired it immediately. He also gave advice for maintenance moving forward. He was friendly, knowledgeable, & prompt.

They keep coming out to fix an OLD ac which is under warranty thru them. They know it needs to be replaced. I have to call at least every other month. They send someone and all they do is the very basic to get it started and leave which gets it working for a few weeks. Now it is out again and I have to wait three More days to have them come out and fix it again. Been going non for two years. Until I see a change I have no good things to say.

I wont bore you with all the details. Just read other reviews and you will see everyone has the same issues with this company. Company is unethical, always giving wrong diagnostics and trying to charge you for things you dont need. Techs are not properly trained, or just incompetent. They had to send 3 techs to diagnose a bad compressor. Are you kidding me!! And lets not get into customer service. They have zero customer service. Rude, unprofessional, incompetent, careless, inefficient, just lousy in every aspect. Starting with yaima (office manager), yami, kathy, and just about anyone that works there. I suspect they work out of home, because when you call them, you can hear kids screaming in the background.. When techs go out to your house, they spend 2 hours communicating with lead tech to tell them what to do next. You would think that tech would know enough about his job to be able to address issue without having to call anyone. I gave them one star, cause you have to give them something to write review, but they deserve zero stars. Stay away from this company unless you want to throw your money away and waste your time. Again, there is nothing positive that can be said about south cooling. Do yourself a favor, and go with somebody else..anyone else!!

I am the property manager for a property located in Hollywood FL. American Home Shield contracted South Cooling to repair the A/C Unit.
The technician was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. They did a good job. I would use them again.

The technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was on time and completed the work in a short period of time.I would use this company again.The company sent emails and made phone calls prior to the technician arriving which kept me informed.

Miss diagnosed the problem. Said there was a leak in our AC system. Filled it with freon and left. never fixed the leak and just wasted the freon. A few hours later the AC was continuously running and the house was 94 degrees and 112 degrees in the attack. Had to get another company called Comfactor Air, in Weston. Great company...call them.

terrible company. They came and replaced a thermostat with a much inferior product and refused to return to rectify the problem. They replaced a progammable thermostat with the most basic one. Also, the mechanic sold me on a service that I am sure was not needed.

Great company, had no a/c, they showed up on time. Technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. Went right to work and repaired my problem. Definitely would recommend this company for a/c repairs.

This company was referred by American Home-shield to tune up a perfectly good working AC unit, after the “supposed tune up” my AC no longer works. Called them again but no answer, called American Homeshield and have to pay again to send the same company out there. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!THEY BREAK THINGS NOT FIX THEM.
