My A/C was not blowing very cold. A friend recommended Stellar Services. I called and set up for a service call the next day. The service technician they sent (Joseph Glynn ) was very nice & very knowledgeable about the total A/C system. He diagnosed a bad TXV VALVE,. After he changed it my A/C is working better than it ever has. Their service call was cheaper than most other companies but there service is top notch. I recommend them highly.

We love Stellar Services and Josh. The company comes out twice a year to service our AC unit and, at 25 years old (yes, it's that old), it's still going strong. We recently had Stellar install a brand new unit in a new addition to our home, and it is beautiful. It works very well, and most importantly, it was affordable. Josh works with you and your family to ensure that you don't go bankrupt maintaining your home. We will never work with any other company.

Josh and his team @ Stellar Services are the only people to call. I have had not one, but two great experiences with them over the course of the past several months. These were total HVAC replacement calls that required quite of bit of extra effort on their part to get the units needed and complete a tricky install. Pricing, workmanship, and communication was just excellent.

We had been using another local Gainesville A/C company every since we purchased our home, getting their annual maintenance plan and doing semi-annual maintenance checkups. Just a month after their last checkup, our blower motor went - they came back to us with a pretty hefty diagnosis. With this, I called Stellar for a second opinion, and Danielle was extremely helpful, helping quote what we needed over the phone. Just then came and did the blower motor install, and when all was said and done, their price was a fraction of the cost of the other company. I am going to be switching to Stellar for all of my future needs, as they provided **customer delight**

Everyone I interacted with from Stellar Services was super professional. My old AC kept freezing up and they were able to come out even sooner than planned to install the new one (which is a big deal in Florida). They got the job done well and did not leave me hanging when I needed to find an electrician for some electrical work. I am glad we chose Stellar Services!

I trust Stellar Services to give me accurate evaluations of any problems with my AC systems, and help me identify both near term and long term solutions so i can make good decisions on repairs. I am always happy with their work.

Stellar Services was truly stellar today. I got home to an 80 degree house and called. A technician was at my house, problem fixed, and walking out the door in exactly an hour. The house was cool again before he left. Fast, professional, and knowledgeable service! I highly recommend this company.

I have a Daikin minisplit system installed by Stellar and am very pleased with the service all around. It’s been about a year and a month with the system which consists of 2 compressors and 3 indoor units. We had an issue with our home wiring but the Stellar techs were very professional in handling the situation and even coordinated with our electricians for us. Anthony Altman was our primary technician in dealing with the issue and he was always very courteous when explaining what the problems were and how they were going to resolve them.

Mathew Waite was very professional. He showed up on time, figured out the problem quickly, and had my AC up and running in no time. I would highly recommend this company and him to anyone. I was very impressed!!
