We are renovating a home and had Ken with Stellar Services come out to observe the scope of work to be performed. He was very knowledgeable in his area of expertise, and was articulate in exspressing his company’s ability to not only get back with us on a quote in a short period of time, but also if chosen to begin quickly and perform the job in a very timely manor. Very impressed so far!

This is an excellent company to work with. Danielle, Ken, Frank and everyone else that manages and works at this company is extremely responsive and competent. They sent a technician sooner than expected, actually within 1 hour. The technician repaired the problem promptly and billing is seamless without hassle. Thank you guys very much for going out of your way to provide the best HVAC service in town.

We had concerns about possible mold around one of our vents located on the ceiling of one of our bedrooms. I called Stellar because of their raving reviews on internet. I texted Stellar Services of North Florida and they immediately responded back and scheduled to come out to our house the very next day. Ken came and checked out our issue and determined everything was fine and we were reassured. He was very courteous and friendly and explained to us the problem. He was very knowledgeable in his line of work. Thanks so much Ken!! The next time we have any issues with our heating and air-conditioning, we will not hesitate to call Stellar. We highly recommend their service!

Outstanding service, fair prices, great customer service.Replaced my HVAC system in short order; had the equipment brand I wanted, friendly and professional. Don't want to put in a new system anytime soon, but if I had to, I'd call Stellar Services.

UPDATE: Well, they were back again. Bi-annual maintenance (such a good deal financially!) As always, the technician was polite, friendly and professional. Helped me adjust high-tech thermostat to get what I want out of HVAC system I really love this company?

Joe did a great job servicing our AC. He was on time and professional. I did feel a bit over charge though. We ended up needing a new thermostat and he installed a Honeywell 5000. He told us he was giving us a deal. I trusted him. Looked it up later the thermostat cost around $100. We were charged $265 for that portion of the bill. That’s a pricey mount
job and we still need to paint and make it look descent 😬

I cannot tell you how impressed I was with every aspect of purchasing an air conditioner fro Stellar Services. Every employee from the salesman Ken to the installers James and Kenny were outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants professional and expedient services.

We have always been pleased with the quality of work and customer service that Stellar has provided. They even set up a temporary AC in our house during the last repair to keep us cool while they were waiting for our part to come in.

Amazing Service! Once we met Josh at Stellar, we haven't gone anywhere else. His ability to handle any cooler/freezer problems, air conditioner problems..etc for our restaurant and catering business is great, but mostly it's his quick response time and fair/honest way of doing business. There are very few business owners who run their company with this much integrity.

No better company to call than stellar. Called about a problem I had with my unit in which one other company had “fixed” but was unsuccessful. Mathew came out on a football Saturday and knew exactly what was wrong with the unit and I’ve been Coolin ever since. Great company with even greater employees!
