Stellar is just that, beginning to end. They're really good at communicating so you know exactly when your technician is coming. The man who inspected my aging AC system went out of his way to be thorough - and honest - and really helpful. The next day, an itemized receipt was sent via email. I'm so impressed with Stellar and am very glad to have had them recommended.

Stellar Services has the best customer service I have ever seen. Both Josh and Joe made us feel like they truly cared about our best interest, were available and attentive, explained things simply, tried to find us the best price, did a thorough job, and even followed up to make sure all was well. The whole experience was professional and personable, especially from the technician (Kenny Hazellief), who handled our installation (complete system - AC/Heat compressor and air handler). Their bid was quite reasonable, as well. I would highly recommend Stellar.

Technicians are professional, friendly, and do a very thorough job. Update 7/2020. Stellar had the best value in quotes for a new heat pump/ac unit - included parts AND labor for 10 years, unlike other vendors. Did a great job on my complicated install - removed old propane furnace, installed a new heat pump, made new duct work, installed new pad outdoors and outdoor condenser with hurricane tie-downs. Cleaned up, came back right away for minor set-up issue. They also went the extra mile and helped find an electrician who could do a panel upgrade needed for the unit in time for my emergency install. I've very happy with the advice, quality of the product, installation, and quality of service from Stellar.

Stellar was referred to us by a friend, and I couldn’t speak more highly of them. Always prompt, you always know who your technician will be via text. They work late if needed, always quick to get there (same day each time)
This company is beyond fair in its billing and pricing. Came back multiple times to get a small thermostat / drain line issue completely fixed. We were charged once, as they feel their work is guaranteed for 30 days until it’s fixed. We were floored as systems have many parts and often take a second look. Each time was a small tweak but treated as a whole.

Stellar Services is a great company that installed our ductless unit and we are very happy with them. We are letting them take over maintenance of both of our units.

This was my first time using this service. I had used another company previously but that company was not dependable as far as returning calls and showing up at scheduled time. After a somewhat unhelpful experience from another well-known company, we decided to call Stellar Services and I am so glad we did. Josh worked with us in ways the other company didn't even offer and came up with a price that was significantly better! He and the guys that came to install it were all very polite and professional. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and will definitely call them in the future for any of our AC needs.

Such a great company to partner with! Stellar services our office and our home.
