Service was fast and our tech Carlos was super knowledgeable, friendly and gave us several options to meet our budget.

Woke up on a Saturday morning (in August) to a unit that was not working. I called the main office number and was transferred to an on-call technician. He answered the call (I was expecting voicemail) and was at our house within the hour. Our unit was working again within 30 minutes of his visit. I can't tell you how thankful we are for such a quick response from Stellar on a Saturday. Mike the technician did a great job getting us back up and running. Our initial fears of having to wait until Monday to get someone out thankfully did not pan out. Thank you Stellar Services!

My experience with Stellar Services was top notch. I received several proposals to replace my air conditioner and while Stellar Services wasn’t the lowest (and not the most expensive) they delivered the highest level of value and expertise. Our a/c decided to die on us after hours, but luckily Matt W. was on call and had us up and running in no time! Ended up needing a new motor. I asked how long does it normally take to come in, thinking it would have to be ordered. To my surprise, very grateful surprise, he had one on the truck!!!! We agreed to the quote and he went right to work. Matt was professional, polite, and friendly. He explained things to me so that I could understand and just talked with me and my husband as he was working. Would definitely recommend this company.

Carlos Rodriquez did a great maintaining my unit. He just about crawled into the outside unit to remove all the leaves!~ Impressive.

After weeks of waiting on our (now former) HVAC company and having called around to SEVEN other companies in hopes of getting someone to come out and take a look at relocating our return air in our second story, Josh at Stellar saved my sanity. He ensured me that he would send someone to our home in Starke to take a look right away.
Systems Designer, John came to assess our needs. He was professional and personable and helped us find the best solution for the new location. Best of all, after only a few hours, he presented us via email a very fair estimate and scheduled the technicians to come ASAP. I was so relieved that we would finally be able to move ahead with this, as the relocation was holding up our renovations.
A couple of days later, Kenny and Jesse came bright and early. (I really appreciated getting an ETA text with photos of the techs who would be coming, especially as a woman home alone during the day.) They were very courteous and got busy right away. Kenny and Jesse got everything relocated literally IN A COUPLE OF HOURS!
So after weeks of back and forth with multiple companies that wouldn’t call me back and one that even said it was too hot this time of year to do such work and refused to come take a look at what we needed done, Stellar Services got this completely taken care of in DAYS! My husband and I are so pleased and grateful. We will be trusting Stellar with all of our HVAC needs from now on and are telling our family and friends to do the same. Thank you, Stellar!
