Was new customer with emergency- upstairs air conditioning unit was leaking into newly remodeled downstairs!! 3 rooms were being severely damaged! Long time customer of another company- despite active emergency of water damage - they couldn’t come until 4-5 days later.

Brianna was so kind & recognized the urgency. She got some one out the next day & worked diligently to help us. Gary came out & was outstanding!! He immediately recognized and resolved issue. He was thorough and provided superior service as well as being pleasant.

Honestly, calling out of the blue with no relationship or former service from Stellar, I was so relieved, surprised at their obvious concern & coordinated quality work. This company is AMAZING! All these reviews are right on point. I was having AC issues since last summer and we all know how hot it can get here in Florida. I called Stellar Services as a recommendation from my mom (who also had work done by them), and it was the best call I could have ever made. Their techs knew exactly what to do and how to fix my problem. All the employees have great costumer service as well which we all can appreciate. My AC was fixed in less than an hour and has been working just fine for weeks now. THANK YOU to all at Stellar Services! You guys rock!

Excellent install from start
to finish and the most comfortable home. Josh and his team exceeded my expectations. We needed a new system and to have that system moved to a different location - a lot of variables. Josh understood immediately what we wanted and walked us through our options and showed us the value to be found in each. While not the lowest, Stellar services was able to help us feel confident about our selection. Josh was even at the job during installation. His crew was incredible, no smoking, no dipping, no cursing and treated our home like it was their own. Drop clothes, turned out lights when not in use - could not have asked for nicer folks to have in our home. Now - how did it turn out? This is the most comfortable house since we had the system installed. Having owned multiple houses, never has as system made such a difference. Thanks Josh, Meagan, Daniele and the whole team.

Great company! I highly recommend Stellar to anyone who need AC service. Mike was knowledgeable and easy to work with! He showed up at our home at the scheduled time and was very professional and patient in explaining the different options for fixing our problem. Prices were reasonable and they didn’t try to push us into buying additional services. We will definitely be calling them again for our future needs!

Homeownership is both scary and expensive. When we went to replace two units on our house, choosing Stellar was a no brainer and has continued to be a good choice for going on over 3+ years now. You can expect honesty, timeliness, techs who you feel fully comfortable welcoming into your home, and an owner that keeps the customer in mind. And, if you get to meet their Tech, Frank. I am so thankful we found Stellar to work with! It is very difficult to find a trustworthy AC company that works in the best interest of the client. I am a property manager for over 100 properties and I know I don't have to worry each time they go out to a site and can trust the report they send back to us. They also have great customer service. They have always been prompt in their communication and our tenants have never complained about a late or missed appointment. We highly recommend them to other homeowners and businesses!
