I highly recommend Jarvis Heat and Air. They have completed two large jobs for us and on both occasions we received excellent service. The customer care is very prompt, friendly, and professional. We now have a third project to be completed and we will certainly be going with Jarvis again.

Same day service with quality repair. The tech conducted the diagnosis then explained to me the repair needed. I was pleasantly suprised to find out that the part was on hand and the task would be completed that day. I thought 'Great' what a relief!

Would highly recommend this company!! We just bought a new home and our house would not get cold. Called the company on a Saturday and they scheduled to come out the same day. Service tech was Dustin and he was very professional and informative during the entire process. He was able to get our A/C working the same day. Will definitely be calling them with any other issues we have in the future!!

After meeting the owner, the techs and working through financing with the awesome gal in the office, I knew I was in good hands. Robbie Jarvis, the owner's son, came out to repair my HVAC system on a Saturday. I called several companies to see if anyone would be able to come out same day and I was only successful in connecting with Jarvis. Robbie was very kind and helpful when I called and he was able to come right away on a Saturday. Their Emergency Service Charge is only $25 more than their normal service charge, which I think is extremely fair and reasonable. Robbie did some diagnostics and used solutions that he didn't need to charge me for. He showed me that the coil was leaking and he recommended how we can rectify the situation. I really appreciate that Robbie walked me through everything he was doing and he didn't look for ways to nickel and dime me through the process. Overall, great experience! I will use them again.

We had a new hvac system and thermostat installed. Jay was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Another employee came about a month prior to the installation, to try and fix a leak in the evaporator coil. The fix didn’t work, hence the reason we had a new hvac system installed. He was also very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. We will definitely call Jarvis Heat & Air if we have any problems in the future.

Excellent work! Service men were skilled, stayed on task, courteous, and cleaned up after job was completed. Very pleased with work. I would certainly use again!

We called 5 other heating & air companies and were about to give up because they were too expensive and/or wanted to do what THEY wanted. But a home inspector recommended we call Jarvis. They listened to what we wanted and delivered it at a good price. Their team installed a new system in one day, were courteous and friendly, and left the house cleaner than they found it! We have had 3 AC units replaced with Jarvis, and each time they were the best price, extremely friendly, extremely responsive, and did a great job!

I have had three HVAC systems replaced on two separate houses by Jarvis, and each time has been exceptional. They have always given a fair quote right off the bat, they are always on time, and they do quality work. The one time I had an issue after installation, they were out there the same day and took care of it for free. They are always extremely friendly and professional.
