An outstanding family business with professionalism & quality workmanship. I had been getting ripped off by another larger company through misdiagnosis & repeated burned out parts. Mr Jarvis came & saved the day through correct diagnosis & timely repair! Maintenance has been maintained by a technician named Nevin who was on-time, professional & extremely thorough. 100 percent better than competitor.

We had our AC go out right before Christmas last year, and Jarvis got out to our home to figure out the problem the very next day, then got it fixed within a few days and NO PRICE GOUGING!!! The price was so reasonable, they were so fast and friendly!
I recommended a coworker to them just a couple weeks ago after they explained that her husband has had a stroke and couldn’t sit in the heat with their A/C broke and a different company still wouldn’t get out until 2 weeks later, she called Jarvis and they got her fixed up same day!!!
They have a customer for life with me!

we Built in 2015 and Jarvis did the install. I will always use Jarvis for everything, the service was great but the best thing is the efficiency of the unit. we keep our house cold and our electric bill is extremely low compared to all of friends and family. Two men from Jarvis arrived this morning, wearing booties on shoes, and masks for COVID protection. They placed tarps under vents being cleaned and were very careful of furnishings and house. There's only three words to describe this family business: Professional, Knowledgible and Friendly. My first time using them and they got the job done quickly, advised us on how to keep the unit working and they are reasonably priced. Their contact number will forever be in my phone!

When we needed our entire HVAC system replaced, Jarvis quoted us $2k under the LOW END quote of their competitors. Rob was able to answer all of my questions and was honest about not up-selling us on things he didn't think we would need. On installation day, the office communicated clearly about arrival time, the crew worked diligently all day and cleaned up after themselves. I plan on continuing to use Jarvis for our HVAC maintenance and service needs.

I have used them as maintenance every year and this year they cause me a problem. All winter long my heat pump never gave me a problem. I use my air conditioning and was not having a problem. I had them come do their yearly maintenance and now I'm having problems. One of the technician that they sent said oh you're duck needs looked at we could see where they had pushed back on the ducking from the back of the air conditioner. they should have went underneath the house and they did not they pushed on iit from the back of the air conditioning. I'm calling them back this morning wanting my my refund as I had paid for two more checkups. I will be putting a complaint in for this. My husband went under the house and could see what they had did.
