Just purchased a house in the greater Gainesville area. Rob personally did the A/C inspection, took the time to show me what he was finding so I could witness the disrepair, and wrote up an estimate for me. Better yet, when it came time for the work to be done 2 weeks later there were no surprises or gotchas in the final cost. The work performed matched the work originally planned; what a novel idea!
