Rod came for a late afternoon appointment to service our heater for winter use. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood how to work with a new thermostat that was installed and how to change the filters. Professional and courteous, I would recommend RFAC. Also, Rod was incredibly tolerant of my curious cat trying to "assist".

Shane did a very thorough evaluation and with recommendations homeowners realized it might be more advantageous to replace the unit (unit 20 years old). Shane arranged for Mr. Bird to see us later the same afternoon to give us an estimate on a new unit and possibly bundle other items. Shane was very polite, helpful and informative.

Have always had honest, polite, professional and prompt technicians in over 20 years with them. The one over salesperson19 years ago was dealt with immediately by the company. They do not do high pressure sales while they have your unit pulled apart for inspection.
We had trouble with our AC and needed some help on two occasions. George and John both arrived early and were both friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Now enjoying cool air again! Highly recommended.
I am very unhappy with our experience. Our central air has not been working, so we had someone come take a look at it the week before last. They charged us over $250 and said that it was fixed. It wasn't! It still wasn't working the next day, but we had to wait to call them because they told us that there would be an emergency charge if they had to come look at it again since it was a Saturday. We waited over the weekend, then called them, and they couldn't get to us until two days later. Now they say that something else is broken and that it's going to cost us $750 to fix, even though our AC is still under a warranty for the parts. At least $500 of the quote they gave us is just for labor. I have no idea how that can be possible. Why did we pay them $250 to fix nothing?
