Ray French did a complete install of a new home HVAC system that replaced a 25 year old system. They did a great job clearly explaining all my options and we picked a system that was a good fit for our house and I am very happy with the system. I thought the price was fair. The technicians showed up on time and worked very efficiently. 6 months later they called me to arrange for an technician to come out and check on the system. Very professional company to work with!

We have been using Ray French AC for several years now and have always been happy with their work. They are honest and reliable. The office staff is efficient and friendly, the technicians are experts at fixing and maintaining AC systems. Tech John is especially good at explaining what is wrong and the best way to resolve any issue.

In October our air conditioning stopped working and Ray French was there to help us! They worked hard to salvage our old HVAC unit, but when that proved impossible we decided to purchase a new HVAC system from them. The owner came out and gave us fair estimates and provided clear descriptions of the different options. We followed his advice in our selection and have been most pleased! Our system is wonderful! Because our house is older, a number of issues came up during the installation. But the service crew handled them quickly and efficiently and called on experts when needed. In fact, the unit was installed within a day--even with a myriad of house related issues! Recently, Rod came out for the gas test and city inspection and made sure all went well. In sum, I fully and enthusiastically endorse Ray French for all your air conditioning and heating needs.

Over the weekend our heating stopped. Monday morning I called Ray French and Rodney was at our house even faster than anticipated. He fixed the problem, serviced the unit and installed a surge protector since we suffer from continuously unreliable power supply. That's what I call a pro: does what needs to be done in a neat and nice way and informs the customer about helpful options. We had a service plan for years now with Ray French and it is worth every penny.

I would like to compliment two employees of Ray French Air Conditioning: Ronnie Bird and Charles Dupree. They installed our new furnace/air conditioning unit in a timely manner and we're very friendly and professional the entire time they were here. They arrived on time, cleaned up any mess they made and took time to patiently explain the new unit/thermostat to my mother.
My mom has been using Ray French Air Conditioning for many years and they have never disappointed her. Best game in town if you're looking for professional, reliable and friendly service!

We've remained with Ray French for 15 years, when they found oddball complications with our duct work, let us know about it, honored their quoted estimate, and took a hit. That was our first encounter. They're always courteous, honest, and professional. Their good advice saves us unnecessary costs and reduces maintenance problems over time. This year they included a photo of their technician Rod in their text message letting us know he was on the way...a thoughtful added touch of security!

These guys are the best! They have always responded quickly to emergency situations (like when my A/C went out in July while my wife was pregnant...). They were out in less than an hour and got me back up and running within minutes. A lifesaver! My in-laws have used Ray French for the last decade or so and have always been happy with service and pricing. A classy organization run by great folks!

The Ray French Family of Expert A/C & Heating Professionals installed our complete system - including an attic fan unit. Since the system has been installed, we have been completely comfortable when it was incredibly hot & humid outdoors...and warm & comfortable inside during these cold episodes - that has occurred season. But what is equally important is the manner in which they treat my family and me - which is impeccable - and lastly, that their price is extremely fair to the consumer's budget!!! I highly recommend this company to all who may be contemplating to update their present unit....Believe me, Ray French family are the BEST!!

My heater broke unexpectedly last weekend and when we called Ray French they were able to offer a next day appointment. Their tech, Rod, came out to the house and was super friendly and professional. He worked diligently to find the problem and also pointed out some other things I could be doing to save money. Definitely will return to this company in the future for AC/heating needs!

A few months ago I was searching for an AC to put into my mother-in-law suite. I contacted 3 well known AC sellers in the community.Within a day I heard back from Ronnie Byrd at Ray French's AC. He made an appointment for the next day. He was ontime and thoughtful about a solution that would work for my space. The space didn't fit the typical one where you might install a mini-split. He came up with a way to do it that is not typically done in residential settings. I received his quote and number to call with any questions. He patiently responded to each of my questions. The other two companies did respond with visits, but it took a week or more and some phone calls to get their quotes. I decided it was a no brainer and signed a contract with RF. The work was done within a week after signing and the folks doing it were terrific. Just recently there was a drainage problem and of course it was on a Sunday. I called Ronnie who told me to call the office number for someone to respond to the issue in person immediately. Within an hour the worker was here and spent quite a bit of time resolving the issue. Cost to me.... $0 since it was a new unit. I feel so pleased to have chosen RF who I can totally rely upon to do the right thing.
