John was incredible. I've had an ongoing issue with my AC for months and two other repair company's couldn't figure out the problem. John kept at the job until he finally uncovered the issue and fixed it perfectly. I'd highly recommend taking your business to Ray French, they're nothing but professional.

Rod Wies is the greatest possible technician! This is the best A/C company around, and I've experienced a bunch of them. Rod showed up same day, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, fixed the capacitor. Excellent service and high-quality advice.

Ray French is one of the oldest companies in Gainesville. They provide professional service at a great rate! There service technicians are polite and knowledgeable, the installers do a magnificent job on every install they do. (These guys do it right) I Never heard anything bad about this company when i used to work for another company. They keep a fantastic reputation...... I should know I am one of there technicians.

This small, locally owned company is great! The service reps have worked in this trade for years and really know HVAC. They are professional but friendly. Exceptional customer service from the office staff, including forwarding a picture of your rep before he arrives so you know who is on your doorstep.

Recently, within the last year, I've had 4 different companies come to take a look at my air unit. Each time, I was given an estimate, of at the very least $4k to fix the issue. Each time, I have chosen for them to do a "temporary fix". This past time, I called Ray French and initially spoke to Melody. She said she could squeeze me in and get someone out the next morning. The next morning, Melody calls and says that if I am available, she could have a technician come to my house first thing. GREAT! The technician was friendly (can't remember his name) and after about 20 minutes of being there, had the issue figured out and was calling the office for the part needed. Within 2 hours, my unit was fixed and I didn't have to wait in the heat. Thanks Ray French and all who made my experience the best it could be.

Purchased a new heating and air system a couple of years ago and we continue to use them for the maintenance agreement. The staff have always arrived on time and are respectful and friendly. I also have had the same service technician each time. This speaks volumes to me, as I have not had this experience in the past. Ray French has been servicing my AC unit for almost 10 years. they are fair and dependable. I just had my system serviced. New capacitor and new surge suppression device installed and I'm all set for the Air Conditioning season.

This HVAC company is professional and their workmanship quality is exceptional. Starting from the guy who gave me a quote, Nick Pino. He was very patient with me answering my concerns, he tried to match and even lower quote from others competitors, he tried to reach out to me over the phone. And then the guys that came out, Kenneth, Dean and Tim! their names need to be mentioned because they are the real heroes. Ken is very honest and strait (no bs), answers all questions I had, Dean can make it work, faced with complex problem, he made the furnace (front facing) in my garage, even better. And Tim made his work neat by putting the pipings to the compressor underground which is hidden. These guys know what they are doing! If you are still in doubt who to call for your AC/heating projects, give Ray French a chance and you will be a satisfied customer like me. HVAC is a big investment in your home and you want to leave this to the real professionals..thanks a lot guys! :)

I've used Ray French for almost 30 years. I was behind on maintenance so called for an appointment which they scheduled for the next day. Seth was here at the quoted time, checked out my HVAC unit, suggested several maintenance procedures which he implemented immediately. Now my system is running great. I have no idea how they compare pricewise , but I like how they perform.
