I had a considerable leak in my utility room coming from the AC unit. Of course I didn't discover it until the day before a holiday weekend! Ray French does have an emergency number to call but my situation was not an emergency; however, I did leave a voicemail and assumed I would not hear from them until Tuesday, after the holiday weekend was over. To my pleasant surprise, someone called me back on Monday and offered to send someone out that day but I said it could wait until the next day. The technician came out to my house on time and was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He was efficient and did a thorough job in less than 45 minutes. I would certainly recommend this business to anyone.

Ray French Heating & Air began as a family business & still offers the same honest, dependable, quality customer service. We are relatively new to the Ray French family but have become loyal customers. They installed our HVAC system in 2013 & do twice yearly maintenance for us. Their technicians are knowledgeable & experienced. They offer good advice & are always willing to answer questions. Above all they are thorough in their work. We have been pleased with each & every visit. Our most recent service call, which we feared to be a serious problem, turned out to be no problem at all. In a matter of minutes George completely relieved our cause for our concern. Plus our visit was free of charge! It pays to be loyal customers with a quality company like Ray French. We had Shane out for our 6-month “check-up”, and couldn’t be happier. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and punctual. Everyone we’ve dealt with from Ray French has been the same. They let you know when they are on the way, and follow up to make sure you’re satisfied with their service. I would recommend them without hesitation.

He analyzed and checked our system very thoroughly and carefully. He offered some good suggestions about how to improve our system and increase its longevity, but did no hard selling. He was knowledgeable and thoughtful. He worked quietly and cleaned up when he left. I feel much more confident in my AC now, heading into the hot season ahead.

Shane arrived on time and was polite and very informative. He conducted a thorough inspection of our new equipment for a six month check-up. He showed attention to detail and asked questions to determine any specific needs we might have. He explained everything he did patiently and made sure I understood. We've been very happy with the service we've received from Ray French over the years and today's service was no exception.

We noticed recently that our A/C unit didn't seem to be cooling like it should. I called and spoke with Angela at Ray French Air Conditioning about a service call. Within a couple of hours Chris, a technician was at our home. Chris was very thorough and professional in every way. He discovered a small freon leak in one of the lines. He repaired this leak and recharged our system. We weren’t charged, because the leak was in a soldering joint which was done when our new system was installed. This was super nice of Ray French A/C and confirmed that we made the right choice in selecting your company for our new A/C unit!!! Thank you Ray French!

Great job! Seth did a great job diagnosing and fixing problems with our furnace and AC unit. He provided professional service at a great price and even came on a Saturday! First time I have used Ray French and definitely will use them again in the future. Thanks again Seth!

John came out today to do our winter time routine maintenance checkup. He did a great job of explaining everything he was doing and the recommendations he had for us. The office called to let us know when he was on his way and he showed up just a few minutes after that. We have used Ray French for many years and are always satisfied with the great service and knowledge of the technicians.
