We got our old A/C unit (actually Heat Pump) unit replaced by a new one by Ray French. They had installed a Goodman Heat Pump unit GSZ130301 along with the Air unit ARUF30B14 installed on May 15th, 2014.
2014 July 30th the unit stopped working. Ray French was called and they did come promptly. However, the explanation of the failure that was given to us was "FOUND ANTS UNDER CONTACTOR POINTS". We were billed $69 for this call.
If a brand new installation of a brand new unit starts to fail in about 2 months then it does not speak well of Ray French. It is either bad installation or manufacturing defect. I was asked to contact the Manufacturer to complain. I didn't buy it from the manufacturer. Ray French did. It was their moral duty to talk to the manufacturer and look for permanent solution. That also does not speak well of the service Ray French provided.
We just hope and pray that the unit doesn't break again.
So fortunate to have called on a holiday weekend and Seth answered, supper efficient and reassuring. Even though I knew it would take time for him to get to us he fixed the problem and I will definitely be a return customer! He is an asset to your company! Thanks Seth great job!!
Seth came out in the time frame told to us and was very thorough in explaining what the problem was and gave plenty of time for me to decide with my husband what the next step should be.
Update: Not overly impressed with their prices. Went with another company because their quote was lower.
Only used for maintenance contracts to come out twice a year but they have been exceptional and courteous every time out. Great staff and very accommodating.
John from Ray French really helped us out. Very polite and thorough service. Definitely overdelivered on the price for what our system was dealing with. Wouldn't hesitate to call again and ask for John.
Technician very nice and knowledgeable. Did service quickly and efficiently. Made a couple of useful recommendations which we will follow up on. Have used Ray French for years and am pleased with their service.

My technician, Seth, was great. He came on time and was able to determine the heating issue. I will highly recommend this company for your air and heating needs and Seth.
I really appreciate Chris' work on the annual maintenance! He patiently answered all my questions and worked quietly. When I told him that I could not figure out how to pull vinegar to condensation line, he even installed the T-shaped vent tees for both of my units. Thank you, Chris!
