We used this company when we lived in Micanopy and continue to call them now that we are living in Gainesville. They have completed high quality work and are always courteous and timely. Over the past 11 years they have provided us with general maintenance, repair, and new installation services. We have always been very happy with their work. Rick and Donny have been especially great service techs.

Horrible. They don't back their warranty. This Trane unit they installed before the year started failing before labor warranty expired. They came to fix it the first cold season because it wasn't heating during cold weather but it wasn't cold that day so they never really fixed it. I couldn't test it again until the next year's cold season because Nest AUX works in cold weather. They blamed the Nest thermostat I put in. So the next year when the cold weather season came it happened again but it wasn't covered under labor. Should I call the same company that said we don't know about Nest thermostats? and that they are the worst thermostats?. Darren came for a maintenance and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and left without fixing it. I told him I already tried and swapped to the old thermostat back and it wasn't working either. He said he had to come when the weather was cold (should be at 7AM or 11Pm) which will never happen again because they come at 3 o clock in the afternoon when it's warm and Nest triggers the AUX when it reads low temp. in a zip code weather below thresholds set. Something he didn't know. Darren was unfriendly, hard to communicate with and not keeping me updated with what he was doing or what he found, comparing it to other companies techs that come out. All I heard was "give me some space". Hurm,... rude, basically, I couldn't even talk much to the guy. Call the company and set up another appt so they will charge you for it to come out.
We previously had used another company for the install on our 6 year old AC system, but after several issues with the drip pan over flowing and ruining our interior floor and now the blower stopped working - we called the Mark Hurm office and Ryan & Jennifer worked diligently to get us worked into the schedule with unusually cold temps in the forecast. We received a courteous call from the office that our tech was enroute. Our technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue and also troubleshooted our drip pan issue which was due to an improper installation leveling causing the drain not to function properly. He also fixed this issue and we set up a maintenance schedule for them to take care of our system from here on out. Thank you for setting the example of what customer service is all about! Highly Recommended.
Rick Sheppard was a life saver. 20 year old condensing unit was dead. He found a broken controller cable in about 10 minutes and things were back on-line in 10 more minutes. Showed up right at the beginning of the time window and was very helpful in assessing next steps for system longevity. Thanks Rick.
Rick worked tirelessly to make my 22 year old system work properly. He installed a new thermostat that required a lot of extra work due to its age. I appreciate all the time he took to be certain that everything was working properly before he left.
