Mark Hurm & Co., LLC

We have been using Mark Hurm & Co for the last several years, and the service has always been excellent. The company is very responsive, and the technicians always do a great job explaining the details of the work and providing options when necessary. During our service appointment today, our technician, Daniel Wolfe, was extremely helpful in providing advice regarding how to properly maintain our system and lower our electric bill. It's very refreshing to find people that take such pride in their work (such as Daniel), and we will certainly continue to depend on Mark Hurm & Co as a valued partner in maintaining our home.

Rick did a thorough inspection of system, took time to explain

I had a new heat and air system installed today by Jacob, Jonathan, Gabe, Joey and Bubba. What a great team and a great job! Very courteous, professional, clean, and efficient team as I've ever seen. This is a great company to use for all your heat and air needs.

We have always been very happy with our service. Darren was our service technician that performed our HVAC maintenance yesterday. He went over and above the call of duty. If you are looking for professional and friendly service this is your company. They treat you as one of the family and not just an account number.

The coil on my HVAC failed, and the part was not readily available. Working with another vendor originally, I was frustrated that they couldn’t get a replacement coil. I then reached out to Mark Hurm & Co. Their technicians were outstanding, confirming the original diagnosis, reviewed my options and set realistic expectations, and once they secured the part, it was quickly installed. Perhaps more impressive was the effort put forth by the company’s service manager. She worked aggressively to find a replacement coil, which was back ordered due to part shortages. Even more impressive, she proactively kept me informed as to the status of obtaining the part. I never had to reach out for an update, and frankly, she secured the part sooner than anticipated. I strongly recommend this company for their professionalism, technical competence, and making my satisfaction priority one.

We've LOVE Mark Hum & Company! They installed our HVAC system.3 years ago and we have not had any issues. Rick came out today and performed our semi-annual maintenence service. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable about our system and made some very helpful recommendations! We recommend Hurm to all our friends and neighbors!
