Service with Mark Hurm & Co was amazing. I called at 8 am on a Monday and was told that they could get to me on Tuesday, but would place me on the cancellation list. 5 minutes later they called to advise they had a cancellation and that they would have a tech in route shortly. The tech Chris showed up within 15 minutes. He was very nice, explained everything that was going on and got the job done very quickly! Chris was the best!

Responded right away, came out in a couple of days, on time and was professional and courteous.

Rick was our technician today and he was wonderful! He made sure we were up to date and safe with our AC unit. He was so kind, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I will request Rick and use Mark Hurm for all of our AC needs!

Excellent service! Very professional. We had two new units installed by Mark Hurm & Co. which included attic installation. Not an easy job by any means! They sent two crews out in order to accomplish the job quickly, which was done in 2 days. They were here promptly at 8 as they said they would be. Any questions or concerns we had were promptly addressed and all of the work was done efficiently. Prices were very competitive. We feel we definitely got the best units at great prices! Thank you to Mark and your employees for a great experience! I would highly recommend this company.

Prevention really is worth a pound of cure. They come they check all the HVAC parts and make sure everything is working well and will continue to do so. They then keep your info and schedule your next appt so it's already set up for your next visit. Really it's pretty much a painless process as they take care of everything. Except payment - darn it! Anyway nice people. Go for it.
