Rick did a great job inspecting our HVAC unit and repairing some worn parts! Was just in time for the heat wave and now summer.

We have been using Mark Hurm & Co for a long time. They are always professional, courteous, and reliable. We had our maintenance cleaning today with Rick. He did an excellent job and left some suggestions for better air quality for our home.

Same day service. Knew what was wrong and was able to fix it the same day. I’ve used them a few times and will continue to use them for all future services as well.

My Mom has a very old AC/Heating unit. Mark Hurm & Company has kept it working for years. Jamie made the most recent repair and also did maintenance. He found the problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently. He was polite, respectful and knew what he was doing. Jamie did a great job making sure my furnace was ready for cold weather. He cleaned the filter and monitored the burner and air handler operation. All work was performed efficiently and competently. Jamie was also friendly and pleasant.

We called several other companies to come out and check on our mini split unit and recieved a run around. It was no longer cooling. One company refused to come out unless we paid them an $80 fee over the phone before they even came out to the property.
Rick came out to our home and was very friendly and walked us through everything he was doing. He was knowledgeable and patient (as I had many questions for him). I would recommend them if you are looking for an honest A/C company.
