I called this morning because my Lennox heater, installed several years ago by Mark Hurm Company wasn’t working properly. I had checked the filter and thought I should call for maintenance at least. Fortunately they had had a cancellation and Rick came very promptly. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. He went right to work and solved our problem, which took some doing, and actually turned out to be the result of something we were doing wrong! Thanks so much Rick for doing the hard stuff! We appreciate you so much! And thanks Mark Hurm Company.
I called thinking I needed a major repair. Jamie showed up on time and was able to fix the problem with a regular service call for under $100. I feel Mark Hurm always have great service people and do a great job. Thank you!
Chris came out today to do an annual service checkup on our heating system. He did a great job and even discovered something that had been causing an ongoing issue with the system. Thankfully, he was able to take care of it for us today.
We have had yearly system checks on our HVAC system with Mark Hurm for many years now. They keep everything in excellent working order and give us exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!
I had my handy man trouble shoot a new HVAC system in a rental apartment that wasn't cooling. He vacuumed out the drain line. When it still wasn't blowing cold I gave Hurm & Co a call. Gave them the warranty work. They charged me $120 for clearing the drain line on top of the warranty work! It was not the problem in the first place. It was an ECM blower covered under warranty. I asked them to review the invoice and not waive the $120 but work with me. I got a "can't help ya" response. Beware!! These guys are not special. They'll cheat you like all the others.

He was knowledgeable of the parts and prices needed and communicated everything to us in a way that was both understandable and cost effective.
Mark Hurm & Co has done our hvac maintenance for years, so when the time came to replace the unit, we contacted them. That was a year ago and everything has been working great. The company just contacted me for a complementary check up. Chris came out and did a thorough check, gave a few maintenance pointers and advised of maintenance plans and to contact them with any questions or issues. We really appreciated the follow up free check up.
