Our AC system failed on Monday. We called Mark Hurm for a maintenance call and a service technician came out Tuesday morning. After checking the AC system we were told that the system, which was 10 years old, should be replaced. Hurm loaned us a portable air conditioner until it could be installed. The replacement system became available earlier than expected and we were told to expect it before 8am on Friday. Shortly before 8, a crew from Hurm showed up and started the installation. The crew, consisting of Jonathan, Jacob, and Gabe, successfully installed the replacement AC by early afternoon. The crew performed in a professional, coordinated and polite manner. We are very happy with the way the installation was executed.

This was my first experience with this business and it was a good experience beginning with the office staff, Taylor and ending with the service technician Darren. They were both friendly, helpful and professional and took time to answer my questions and concerns.

As a result I will continue to retain their services for summer cooling and winter heating maintenance and cleaning.

Rick Shepard just came out today to perform my semi annual service on my air conditioner. You’ll honestly get more than you paid for with the service contract. He was very knowledgeable, very thorough, and very honest. Jennifer Prance in the office is a very nice lady along with Taylor as well. I spoke with both of them for scheduling and when the technician was on the way. Very punctual. Hurm recently installed a new Central A/C and air handler at my home. The service rep, Tyler, had thorough knowledge of all of their systems and provided excellent information regarding available options. The installation mechanics, Joey / Bubba, did an impressive job /wrt to the connection, anchoring, and other details. Would absolutely recommend.
