Replaced Entire unit inside and outside and new thermostat plus Remi halo UV & surge protectors.
My AC did not work on a Sunday night after hours.. I sent an email via the website and the office manager Brittney responded first thing early Monday morning (via text as I requested in my email) She scheduled a service call for 1pm the same day! And Although Austin, the service tech, was able to diagnose the problem quickly.. We decided to replace the entire system (the outside unit was over 20 years old and the inside airhandler which was even older!)
CJ arrived within an hour and quickly wrote an estimate and explained and discussed our options.. We made a decision and they were able to schedule everything for Wednesday 8am!!

We had a special issue because our unit is in a condo and on top of a 2 story roof.. And they were able to arrange for a crane to lift the unit to the roof!!
I want to thank everyone involved on the scene and behind the scenes. It felt like a family helping fix our home. I really appreciate everything. My parents also had a new unit installed last year!!

From start to finish the whole team was amazing. They were on time, honest, fairly priced and take tremendous pride in their work. They made the entire process extremely simple and painless. Whole HVAC installation, cleaning and duct repair was completed before 4pm. Very happy with the work, would certainly recommend them to a friend.

I was referred by my employer and I'm beyond grateful for the care Liz, Justin & Nate provided! I was able to schedule same-day diagnostic service and repair service the following morning at a reasonable price! Justin is very knowledgeable and explained all the (non)working parts of the repair prior to, during and after service was complete. Thank you so much!!

10/10 would highly recommend. My air handler control board was fried and the condensate pump was improperly wired — not to mention it was likely the first condensate pump ever built by anyone, ever.

Every person I dealt with from King's was matter-of-fact, professional, courteous, and the techs got the job done without cutting any corners.

I have used King’s a few times and feel so grateful each time. Twice my A/C had a reaction to the summer heat. My house was up to 81 degrees at one point, and I have a toddler. They made it a priority to get to me the same day to help. They genuinely cared, and always fixed the problem. They know what they’re doing!

Nic saved me and family’s butt in the middle of June in Florida heat by coming out on the same day I called, even being a weekend day. He repaired my ac unit quick and explained different things to me to help understand. These people are honest and I would not recommend anyone else. Thank you kings! Will be using when I need any further maintenance or repairs for ac.

King's came out same day, within two hours, on a Sunday, to repair my A/C unit. The A/C technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He took the time to explain what was happening with our unit and what we could do to better maintain our unit in the Florida weather!

Installed new HVAC. Made suggestions for increased energy savings, detailed existing problems and recommended solutions, provided a detailed estimate, arrived on time, worked diligently, sealed all the vents and returns, tested the equipment, set the thermostat, cleaned up after themselves, hauled away the old equipment. They offered info regarding equipment settings. Both installers were polite, pleasant, worked steadily and seemed very knowledgeable. We were very impressed with their work ethic. We would definitely use this business again.
