A Plus Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

We have used A+ Air Conditioning & Refrigeration for years for our air conditioning/heating system. They always provide excellent maintenance service and are quickly responsive to any difficulties we have had with our system. We called on them to replace our older unit. Rick is always prompt, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Great company!

My son’s college rental house In Gainesville needed the A/C units checked out and I am glad I discovered “A Plus Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.” I was very impressed that Bob the owner came out to meet me and did a brief inspection of the A/C units & duckwork in the attic before his A/C man came out to do the diagnostic. Bob was very upfront and honest on what it would take to make my two units work efficiently instead of trying to have me purchase new ones. Chloe his office manager was very professional in coordinating and scheduling the work that needed to be done. I was not able to personally make it so my mom & dad volunteered to supervise and they came back with glowing reviews.
The work order was detailed and my parents said that Josh and the rest of the crew worked hard both days and kept the areas cleaned when they were finished. Josh took his time and demonstrated what was completed to both units to my parents. I live 2.5 hours away and I feel very confident that the Gainesville house was in good hands with “A Plus A/C”

Technicians were courteous and professional. Installation of new AC unit was performed quickly and quietly as I worked remotely from the residence. Would highly recommend based on price, quality, and service.

I have used A+ air conditioning for a number of years for service. Some time ago I had them replaced my system. They did a very timely and Professional installation. I recently needed service and they were fully booked for that day.They made an effort to work me in and got my system fixed that day. Great experience! I had a hard to find air filter, but live in Perry. I couldn't find anyone that had one near me. Called A+, they had one but when they heard where I lived, they found me a place closer to get it. Summary: they sacrificed an easy $60 sale for awesome customer service. That's integrity that you just don't find these days in business. Spoke to two different folks on the phone and they were top notch and friendly. This was truly a refreshing experience.

A+ has gone the extra mile to give us the best customer service . We have had them install and perform scheduled service on two new a/c - heating units for our home when we remodeled. Technicians are always friendly and skilled.

Awesome service. Called after hours and Shelton returned my call promptly. He was at my house when promised and had my A.C. up and running soon after, despite having to wait out a terrible thunderstorm. Professional, patient and communicated all repairs. Highly recommend.
