The guys from A+ were awesome! Bart, Jay , Shelton, and Jeremy were courteous, friendly and professional. They were on top of the large job we had at our house. We had a two day job and after both days they cleaned up everything before leaving. Compared to all four quotes we got for the job Bob the owner displayed the most knowledge compared to the rest. I would totally recommend them for your air conditioning/ heating needs. Thanks guys!

A Plus came out and replaced our system and then cleaned out the ducts and vents. Great service at a great price. Crew was very professional and the staff was easy to work with. I couldn't believe how much dust was in our duct work.

We had A Plus install and service our Carrier AC Unit and we have never had anything but excellent service. Their technician, Rick, is their best asset as people are often more valued than product or price - although they excel in all three. I strongly recommend them - and Rick - for any of your AC and heater needs.

Update: Rick won us over again! We just had our regular maintenance visit and Rick made sure that there wont be any surprises this summer. Between Rick and regular maintenance we couldn't be happier with A+ - they have earned their name once again!

Weekend emergency. Within an hour of my call the technician was at the house and fixed the problem. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Well worth the money I will definitely call again.

Edit: called again after 2 years for a new AC install. Best product lines in town and for the best price! The owner was courteous and knowledgeable and obviously takes pride in customer service. Phone staff was also polite and helpful . The install crew was very friendly and efficient, no swearing, smoking, or mess. I wish all renovations went this smoothly.

We have long-term experience with A-Plus Air Conditioning for our home and a retail location. Through the years, we have needed new AC-Furnace systems at both locations. A-Plus did an excellent job in both instances. We also are pleased with their service. They keep us informed about timing on service calls. Their office staff and service technicians are pleasant and professional. Most recently, Rick did routine service, and he always is a pleasure to deal with.

These guys are fantastic. Bart and Christian install with a craftsman-like attention to detail. They know their business. They go the extra mile. When we needed replacement parts they went the extra mile to get them quickly on the same day. Bart and Christian also left the installation area cleaner then when they started. I highly recommend the whole organization. The owner Bob is fantastic too!

Anyone else hating this Florida heat? Imagine coming home with a toddler and newborn to your ac unit not working with the thermostat reading 93 degrees— It was unbearable! The staff has gone well out of their way to be there when we need them, and the crew who installed our unit today was pleasant, quick, and communicative. Shelton and his colleague made us feel very comfortable with our new unit by taking the time to discuss the different features, and making sure we were happy with the installation before leaving our house. We never felt as if they were rushing the job—everything was seamless and their work space was cleaner after they left than before the installation. Called at 8:30 am when one side of the office was completely down. They were here troubleshot the issues and had a new part and back up and running before 11:00am. Very happy and so was the rest of the people in office. We definitely recommend A+!

Our second unit went out and Bart and his install crew came out and finished fast and efficiently. They also were clean and polite and cooled our house down fast thanks again A+!

Many years ago we purchased two units from A+ Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. Bob came out and gave us fair estimates. We found him to be very polite and genuine. He spent a great deal of time to explain their Maintenance Savings plan. It is a great value, I am proud to say we are members of the Comfort Club and rest easy knowing we will always enjoy comfortable temperatures in our home. Twice a year, Laura calls with reminders to keep us on schedule and is always a phone call away should any trouble arise between visits. She is a pleasant person and its a joy to speak with her. Rick comes to our home in the spring and in the fall to service the units. He is a very kind individual that respects our home and works hard to keep everything in running order for us. We find him to be very honest and we trust his recommendations. The Maintenance Savings plan has saved us a lot of money.
