A Plus Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

I've been satisfied with A+ for years. The year we bought our house and needed a whole new unit vs a band-aid on old unit. The service techs were professional and kind. Worked into the late hours to complete the job. Ever since I've been getting our AC looked at as a preventative measure twice a year. Rick has been our technician and he's always a pleasure to see. He's knowledgeable beyond anyone I've ever spoken to. I highly recommend A+ and I know if I ever have a problem in the future I will depend on them to fulfill our needs.

This is an update. I had the pleasure of meeting Shelton for my regular maintenance check yesterday.
He was great! He explained everything to me and was so friendly and courteous and very professional. I looked forward to working with him again.

A+ Air Conditioning IS the best! This is an update, but my feelings are the same, A+ is still the best! I a member of the comfort club and Rick came out today to do my normal maintenance. I don't believe there is anyone more genuinely kind than Rick. A+ has been fantastic from the very beginning when they installed my new system. They are honest, efficient, and ALWAYS there when you need them. I appreciate that I can feel comfortable with Rick in my home and know that any recommendations he makes are honest and cost effective.

Earlier this year A-Plus installed two American Standard split-system air conditioners at my house. On the initial visit the owner, Bob McCollum, inspected and measured the existing units and ducting at ground level and in the attic. His comments were to the point, clearly based in knowledge and experience, and free of a fluffy sales pitch. His price was in line with other estimates I received. Further communication was carried out by email. The two installations occurred on separate days in about 7 hours each by an organized and courteous crew that attended to all the details of the installation, did not waste time, and left no mess. The systems have been working well, as promised, and I'm very pleased with the efficiency and quality of the entire operation.

From estimate to install, the folks at A+ were top-notch. They listened to my needs, didn't try to upsell me with extras I didn't need, and explained the estimate in detail. I have a small house and other companies tried to convince me to get a huge system, even double units, to keep humidity in check (and then started to mansplain humidity to me!). I was quite impressed that the owner of the company was my initial contact and he came out personally to do the estimate. He helped me decide what size system was best for my small home. I'm happy to say that both the temperature and humidity in my home have been very comfortable even on long hot days. The installation was quick and they cleaned up well, leaving no debris behind. Additionally, the owner, staff, and technicians were all professional, courteous, and prompt in all of their communication. I like the quality of the system I bought, and the cost was very reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend A Plus Air Conditioning!

The entire team took great care of us from the moment we called them. They quickly came out and diagnosed the problem with our AC. They clearly explained our options. They also quickly got us running on a temporary solution until the new unit was ready to be installed. The install team showed up on time and ready to go. They did a wonderful job in the install. Quick and very clean.

We had A+ come out and maintenance our A/C. The tech was Shelton and he did an outstanding job with thoroughly cleaning and inspecting our unit. It was like a complete night and day difference after he left.

I highly recommend A+ Air Conditioning. They responded quickly when my old unit broke down several years ago during a holiday. They installed a new, energy efficient, reliable system that has really saved money on my electric bills. I like the convenience of the maintenance plan they offer, so I can make sure the system is cared for properly. Their customer service is very good, from the office staff to Rick, who has been inspecting and maintaining this unit twice a year since I got it. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and always on time for appointments. I like knowing that I'm dealing with a company that cares about their customers and provides quality products.

I had my first experience with A+ today when my home AC unit stopped cooling. I called A+ and Sheldon was at my home within a few hours and had my AC back up and running quickly. He did a super job of explaining the issue and he was professional and courteous. I love that this is a family business and we will be signing up for the "A+ Comfort Club" for our twice yearly tune-ups! Thanks, A+!

We just had our first service call with A+...
The gentleman who came ( Rick ) was excellent. He did everything we needed and more. He was very thorough and patient with all our questions. He showed us several ways we could save money.
We will definitely request him for all future service. If he is a reflection of A+ as a business, we're
glad that's the company we chose. A+ was recommended to us by a former competitor who retired after servicing our A.C. for years.

Today Bart and Chris came to install A/C unit and them and the work was phenomenal!!!!!! They were great professional people. Everyone I spoke with they company was very polite and easy to deal with. Very knowledgeable of every aspect of what I needed. I would recommend A Plus Air Conditioning to anyone . They are top notch.”
