I called A+ when our air conditioner wasn't working. They had a very fast response time and kept me informed through the whole process. Shelton was the best! He even took the time to show me why my air conditioner wasn't working and how the part worked in the system. I really appreciate the attention to detail and how quickly my air conditioner was fixed. I will be using their services in the future!

This company was highly recommended to me by the previous longtime owners of the Wine and Cheese Gallery in Gainesville. Apparently A+ serviced the Gallery beautifully for more than 25 years. It turns out for me that the company is indeed wonderful. The owner herself graciously immediately set up an appointment for a technician to come to my house, and the technician (Rick Glisson) has been wonderful. I was having problems with my heater. Rick came the very day I was without heat (it was very cold that day) and found all sorts of problems that he fixed within the hour. This seems to be a model company, and Mr. Glisson is just wonderful.

The team showed up on time and did a great job of cleaning our A/C ducts and our dryer vent. They took the time to walk through the house and explained exactly what their plan was for the work and then worked to get the job done thoroughly and completely. I would highly recommend this company and the three gentlemen, Bart, Sheldon and Jeremy and your future needs as they were very professional.

As a 15+ year homeowner, we've had our share of AC service visits. We called early AM on April 24th and had a same-day appointment scheduled, the service technician Shelby was prompt and called just prior to arrival. What we liked best was his honesty in what needed to be repaired and his professionalism/courtesy while on site. We got great service at an honest price and will definitely use A+ for all our future AC service needs.

A Plus lives up to it's name! A friend recommended this company last year when our unit failed. The competent, friendly, professional owner, Bob McCollum, came late Friday and by Saturday evening had a quote and recommendation for us to replace our unit by Tuesday. What a relief! And when an issue arose, the tech folks came out immediately to rectify the problem. We have been most happy with Rick Glisson as our Service Technician. The maintenance contract, Comfort Club, is worth it! Rick is knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and friendly and offers clear, helpful explanations. I'm signing up for at least another year!
May 2019: It’s now been 5 years with this excellent company. We’ve also had them successfully replace the original (~1965) furnace/ac and a small office unit. And the Comfort Club maintenance contract is a stress reliever. We can’t say enough accolades for our trusty technician, Rick Glisson. We recommend his company without reservation.

We've had good service from A+. Bart was here for maintenance today and was prompt, friendly, quick. We had to call on a weekend a few weeks ago and Sheldon came out, also friendly, prompt, knows his stuff. I would recommend them.

After much research into local AC companies, my husband and I chose to use A+ air conditioning due in part because for the initial consultation and estimate Bob himself came out. He was very informative. The day of the install his technicians (Josh and his helper) arrived on time and worked diligently, even in the rain, to get our new air conditioning unit installed in a timely fashion. They were very polite and professional, removing their shoes before coming into the house and not leaving until we understood exactly how to operate our new control unit. I would highly recommend A+ Air Conditioning for your AC services/needs. We give A+ an A+.

Service Technician Frankie provided maintenance for our air conditioning system. He was pleasant, polite and thorough. We are very pleased with his service. We hope he will be assigned to us for our next service.

I highly recommend A+ for air conditioning needs. We purchased a new Carrier unit 4 years ago with expectations that it would help to significantly lower our electric costs with the efficient cooling and dehumidifying features. It has cut our electric bills almost in half and we spend an average of $2.00 per day in a/c costs. We signed up for the maintenance plan and receive a visit each spring and fall to check the unit out and change filter if necessary. Yesterday, we experienced a problem for the first time. Our house humidity was up to about 60% and the temperature rose to 86 degrees! Obviously, the a/c wasn’t running. At 6:05 pm, I called the office. An on-call technician, James, returned my call within 15 minutes and soon was at our house running the diagnostics on the Infinity system. With help from another technician, Rick, they had the problem pinnned down to one of two causes. They ordered both of the parts, just in case, and Rick was at our house the next morning by 9:40 am and cool air was flowing out of the vents an hour later. Denise, office manager, James and Rick really came through for us. Their timeliness, service and most of all their pride in their product and the desire to solve problems make this a great company.
