We started dealing with A+ a year ago and every interaction with Bob, his office and installion staff, and just recently, Rick, for our maintenance program has been a pleasure. Everyone is knowledgeable, professional, and “customer friendly”. We would highly recommend this company for all HVAC work.

A Plus installed two new Carrier Infinity systems in our home a year ago. The installation was completed on time and in a highly professional manner. The units have performed flawlessly. We just had our second complimentary semi-annual preventative maintenance visit by Rick Glisson. He efficiently performed a comprehensive review of the systems, and was very attentive to our needs and questions. We highly recommend A Plus.

They came out to my home the same day I called, had my air conditioning unit fixed within an hour, and were very reasonably priced compared to other companies in town. Many of the others tried to sell me a new unit because it was more profitable or less hassle than repairing my current one, but Bob and his team never even mentioned it. They fixed it within the hour and it's been running perfect ever since!

It's never a good day in Florida when your A/C quits, but when (not if) it does, I've always reached out to Bob and A+. Rick helped me out today when my air stopped blowing cold. He called and let me know he was on his way and his estimated arrival time. He was very friendly and professional! Last night our air conditioner stopped working, it was about 8/8:30 at night. We are new to the area so we did a general search and found A+ that offered emergency calls. Since it was 89 in our house and only 79 outside, with kids and pets we called not wanting to wait until the money. They were friendly on the phone and the tech called us back within 10 minutes of calling. The on call tech (Jeffery) was an hour and half away and arrived in less time that was given. He worked on our air until almost midnight to make sure that everything was working and correct before he left. Even though it was late at night he was friendly and provided excellent service. We are extremely pleased with their services and prices. I would recommend them to anyone in their service area. Thank you A+ and Jeffery!

Our home air conditioning unit had abruptly stopped functioning a day before my in-law was coming to visit from frigidly cold and far away Boston. However, I had nothing to worry about because Rick from A+ Air Conditioning, like a real life super hero, saved the day. He was courteous, professional, friendly, and reassuring throughout the time spent at our home. Upon arrival, he proceeded to quickly diagnose the problem, estimate how long the repair would take, and provide us itemized costs for all parts and labor. When the job required for success unforeseen wiring work, Rick called off his next job to ensure that our AC unit was up and running problem-free with my out-of-town guest being none the wiser. A 5-Star rating from me in anything is extremely difficult, and most times impossible, to achieve but Rick and A+ truly earned one of my few.

I would recommend A+ to anyone looking for knowledgeable, reliable and professional HVAC company. I have been doing business with Bob and company for about 4 years. My old duct work was too far gone for repair. The service techs pulled out and replaced my old ductwork, piped in natural gas lines, added a new gas furnace and an energy efficient Carrier AC. Couldn't be happier. My home has never been as comfortable, both summer and winter time.
I have kept the annual service contract since the install and am happy to have Rick check out the equipment twice a year. A professional company with professionals doing the field work. Great business.
