A Plus Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

Great service during install, professional and friendly. Exactly one year later air handler in attic started leaking water, damaged ceiling in bathroom directly below unit in attic. Called on A plus for help and repair. Bob came out, was gruff, told us we needed to change the filter, vent the drain, and cut bushes away from outdoor unit. All to no avail, still leaking into bathroom. Three different AC companies came to inspect, they all said the unit was installed out of level causing water to accumulate and drip outside of the pan, into our attic and subsequently into the bathroom below. Gave A Plus one more chance to come out and help with the issue, they did not return our calls. Hired another company to level the unit, problem solved. Disappointed that we did not have a good experience.

We purchased our top of the line Carrier System from A+. Our excellent experience before , during and after the installation was better than expected. We took an annual service contract and have maintained it with them ever since. Their technician, Rick Glisson, is the ultimate professional and we rely on him/them for all of our air conditioning and heating needs. We can't recommend them too highly!

A+ installed an new AC system for me about a year ago. I was very pleased with the cost of the system. They explained everything clearly to me from the estimate to the operation of the newly installed system. Then they set me up with a maintenance plan at a very reasonable cost. I called around, got multiple bids, and asked HVAC professionals, and everyone indicated A+ was a great choice. Our installation specialist Brad and Christian were very professional and hard working, I expect the rest of the staff is excellent as well.

I just had Bob and his team install a mini-split into my new house, and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. They were friendly, professional, and I was impressed with their expertise. I could tell they do this all the time and really know their stuff. The price was great--I got a better unit for a lower price than the other companies. We had very specific wishes about how we wanted the unit installed, and everything was done just the way we wanted.

Josh came and did maintenance on our AC unit, he cleaned the filter and made sure it is running properly for the coming summer months. He is always professional and friendly - he is like a member of our family. We love him and this company.

A+ was very helpful and professional with helping me take care of my air conditioning issues. Josh and Shelton were quick, clean, and organized cleaning out all of my ducts and vents and were extremely conscious wearing masks while they worked. I will definitely be using A+ in the future.
